FBI alerted! ‘Middle Eastern men’ clear 2 Walmart shelves of pre-paid cell phones

Missouri residents were doing their due diligence to protect American citizens when they reported two separate, highly suspicious purchases at local Walmart stores made by “Middle Eastern men.”

The first incident was reported early Saturday morning when Walmart employees in Lebanon, Missouri informed local law enforcement that two men purchased 60 cellphones around 3:50 am.

Laclede County Sheriff Wayne Merritt said reporting the men was the right thing to do.

Trump-haters forgot that President Jimmy Carter BANNED Iranians from US, and WORSE . . .

“I’m not going to say just because they’re different religion or because they’re Muslim, but these people were, they were foreign speaking, then you need to take notice and you need to let us know about it because it doesn’t hurt to check on it,” Merritt told KY3.

“You’re not being racist or anything like that, you’re just protecting yourself,” Merritt said.

An unidentified witness was already taking Merritt’s advice to heart, when he reported a similar incident that happened just hours before at a Walmart in Columbia, Missouri, about 100 miles away.

According to ABC 17:

ABC 17 News learned Wednesday night that the Macon County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a suspicious purchase of multiple cell phones at the Macon Walmart. The FBI in St. Louis and Springfield have been contacted and are investigating.

ABC 17 News reported early Wednesday that 100 prepaid cell phones were purchased at two Missouri Walmarts over the weekend, which caused concerned employees to report the incidents to authorities.

According to the police report, several men bought dozens of phones around 9:30 Friday night.

The witness who asked not to be identified, told ABC 17 the “Middle Eastern men” bought the store out of cell phones and paid in cash.

“Right then and there I knew there was not something adding up about this. It’s not right, it doesn’t make any sense,” the witness said.

“Who’s going to order 50 phones for Christmas? Who does that?”
