“I killed a cop,” Henderson told detectives through tears after he was arrested in the case.

According to a friend, Henderson had consumed at least six beers last Sunday while attending a Denver Broncos football game.

“For anyone who is planning on just having a ‘few beers’ and driving home after, look at this little girl,” the sheriff’s office wrote on Facebook.

“She will grow up without her Mother. … Is it worth it?”
