Hillary Clinton‘s excuse that she didn’t send any emails marked classified just exploded in her face.

The Washington Free Beacon has obtained the former secretary of state’s non-disclosure agreement and it is clear by the language that she alone was responsible for knowing which information was to remain classified.

“I have been advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of SCI [Sensitive Compartmented Information] by me could cause irreparable injury to the United States or be used to advantage by a foreign nation,” the document, which was obtained by the Competitive Enterprise Institute and given to the Beacon, read.

According to the document Clinton was to know which information was classified as well as the penalties for “any unauthorized disclosure” of said documents.

The U.S inspector general revealed in August that Clinton had received at least two emails marked “TS/SCI” [Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information].

The report’s author Lachlan Markay appeared on Fox Business Network’s “Lou Dobbs Tonight” to discuss the report Friday.

“It’s been common knowledge that she signed a document along these lines, but the specific language that appears above her signature hasn’t been public until now,” Markay told Dobbs.

“It shows that it was her responsibility to know whether information in her possession was classified, so this excuse that nothing was marked classified when she sent or received it is pretty much irrelevant when you’re talking about things that are marked top-secret or even secret or lower levels of classification,”
he added.
