If the Miami Dolphins displayed the kind of fight seen Sunday from the wife of one of the team’s players, they may have fared better on the field.
Miko Grimes, the wife of Dolphins cornerback Brent Grimes, got into a heated pre-game altercation with police after refusing to get out of a restricted area at Sun Life Stadium, where her husband’s team was playing the visiting Buffalo Bills.
The Dolphins had as difficult a time as she did, losing 41-14.
Police said Grimes became belligerent when asked not to enter a restricted area, screaming, “F*** you, cops. You can’t tell me what to do.”

She was ultimately subdued by force and allegedly head-butted a cop after being handcuffed, according to the Associated Press. Grimes now faces charges of battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest with violence.
“Are you f***king serious?” Grimes is heard screaming on video, as a female cop straddles her.
NBC6 sports anchor Adam Kuperstein posted the video on social media and users had a field day with it.
