Edward Klein, the author of “Blood Feud,” the juicy bestseller on the rocky relationship between the Obamas and the Clintons, has put forth a bizarre theory that President Barack Obama is willing to endorse Vice President Joe Biden in a run for the White House, based on a few conditions.
Conditions that would in effect allow Obama to control his successor.
“The talk in Democratic Party circles is that Barack Obama has told Joe Biden that he is prepared to endorse him for president if, in return, Biden promises to let Obama have a final say in the choice of his vice presidential running mate,” Klein wrote on his website.
Obama is said to want an African-American as Biden’s second in command.
With Democratic presidential contender Hillary Clinton floundering in the polls, the speculation grows about whether Biden will enter the race.
Thus far, the vice president has been coy about what he may do, but rumors are flying high that he will announce a run soon.

According to Klein, sources say in order to get Obama’s coveted support, Biden would have to promise to serve only one term and then back Obama’s hand-chosen vice president in the 2020 election.
Who’s the lucky candidate?
“As Biden’s vice president, Obama is said to favor former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, a close Obama ally who is the first and only African American to have served as governor of the Bay State,” Klein said.
Supposedly, Obama is giving Biden the green light to position himself for a run.
Klein wrote: “With Obama’s blessing, Biden appeared on ‘The Late Show With Stephen Colbert,’ where he discussed his son Beau’s death from brain cancer and came across as an authentic alternative to the stiff and overly scripted Hillary Clinton.”
Just as was seen in the 2008 presidential election with Obama’s entry, an endorsement of Biden from the president would all but kill any lingering thoughts about a swift coronation for Clinton.
