Transgender gets key post at Obama’s White House

transwh0818President Obama’s pledge to “fundamentally transform America” went a step further this week  with a transgender activist getting on the public payroll at the White House.

Raff Freedman-Gurspan, a self-identified “woman,” has been named outreach and recruitment director for presidential personal in the Office of Personnel, The Associated Press reported.

Before getting her nose in the public trough, Freedman-Gurspan was a policy adviser for the National Center for Transgender Equality, a Washington-based lobbying group for transgender issues. Freeman-Gurspan’s focus was on racial and economic issues, AP reported, which sounds like she’ll fit in just fine.

Obama consigliere Valerie Jarret told The AP the hiring of the first openly transgender person to work at the White House reflects the values of the Obama administration.

For once, she was probably telling the truth.

While the lib crowd celebrated, social media users were quick on the trigger to criticize an administration obsessed with social engineering.

Others were darkly humorous.
