George Zimmerman teams up with ‘Muslim-free’ gun shop owner to sell Confederate flag

Zimmerman HallinanLiberal heads are exploding as two men, reviled by the left as racists, join together to sell another symbol they decry as racist —  the Confederate battle flag.

George Zimmerman, who rose to infamy after shooting and killing black teenager Trayvon Martin in 2012, and “Muslim Free Zone” gun shop owner Andrew Hallinan have teamed up to sell 24″x18” prints of a Confederate battle flag painted by Zimmerman.  The money raised will be used to “support their legal funds, living expenses, and advancing their mission to change the country,” with a portion being donated to the local Boys & Girls Club.

Everyone who purchases a print will be entered into a drawing to win the original painting. An original Zimmerman American flag painting sold on Ebay for $100,000 previously.

Zimmerman said he was initially making an American flag on this canvas but, when he heard Hallinan was being sued by the Council on American Islamic Relations, he decided to paint the Confederate battle flag over it and use it to help pay Hallinan’s expenses.

“The caption, ‘the 2nd protects the first’ is a double entendre,” Zimmerman said. “The first flag I painted on this canvas was an American Flag, but decided to repaint over it with the Confederate Flag when I heard Andy was getting sued by CAIR. The 2nd flag I painted was the Battle Flag – which we need in America in order to protect the first.”

Predictably liberals on Twitter went DEFCON 1 over the news.
