President Barack Obama has changed his tune on gay marriage — in a big way.
The White House was lit in rainbow colors Friday night to celebrate the Supreme Court’s decision legalizing same-sex marriages in all 50 states.
“Tonight, the White House was lit to demonstrate our unwavering commitment to progress and equality here in America and around the world,” a White House spokesman said.
“The pride colors reflect the diversity of the LGBT community, and tonight these colors celebrate a new chapter in the history of American civil rights.”
The White House also sent out this tweet:
America should be very proud. #LoveWins pic.twitter.com/qH1OA1BV2j

Many Americans were furious:
@WhiteHouse @LZuni platform of Gay/Lesbian rights. Not all people agree with the courts decision. Government buildings should be impartial — Tom G. (@jailguard1991) June 27, 2015

@theblaze @WhiteHouse To paraphrase Michelle Obama, “For the first time in my life, I am absolutely ashamed to look at the White House.”

Three short years ago, Obama was singing a different tune. He supported the Defense of Marriage Act. Now that he has no election campaign in his future, he’s free to let it all hang out — in all colors.
