The city of Baltimore has devolved into an orgy of violence and debauchery and nowhere was it more evident than in a video that showed rioters driving a purportedly stolen car through a fire again and again.

The moment was captured by Fox News cameras as an unnamed man drove the car through the flames, hit reverse and did it again as the wheels caught fire.

The rioters then gathered around the car hugging and celebrating as if they had accomplished something to be proud of.

“Get down! Get back, get back! Get up on the stairs! Are you watching this guys?! Are they watching this?! Are you watching this?!” the Fox News reporter shouted as the scene unfolded.
