CNN’s Dana Bash sends embarrassing tweet about Marco Rubio’s campaign logo

You’d think learning shapes would be a prerequisite to working for one of the biggest news agencies in the world — not to mention maybe knowing your own country’s flag, or the outline of its geographical borders.

But you’d be wrong.

CNN’s Dana Bash sent out an embarrassing tweet Monday describing 2016 Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio’s campaign logo.

“New @marcorubio 2016 logo on display on a jumbotron outside announce location. Note American flag over the ‘I,’” she wrote.

Outrage! Judge hammers white victims of armed home invasion for racism, lets criminal go free.

Only it wasn’t a flag. It was, rather obviously, a map of the United States.

The Twitterverse was all to happy to “bash” the CNN host for the miscue.
