Woman got so mad at McDonald’s for forgetting her bacon, she’s facing 7 years in prison

A Grand Rapids, Mich., woman is set to pay a steep price for expressing her dissatisfaction over a messed up drive-through order.

The bacon-crazed woman faces seven years in prison after being convicted this week of firing a handgun at a McDonald’s drive-thru after her bacon cheeseburger was delivered sans bacon, according to Fox affiliate WXMI.

A manager had promised Shaneka Monique Torres and a friend complimentary bacon cheeseburgers on their next visit after they complained about receiving bacon cheeseburgers without bacon during an earlier visit.

That next visit came early on February, 10, 2014, and again their burgers were delivered without bacon.

Torres was reportedly in a good mood on the second visit and even flirted with a McDonald’s employee, but her disposition quickly changed when she realized the order was wrong again.

According to WXMI, Torres was sitting in the passenger seat of the vehicle and pulled out a handgun, firing one round toward the drive-thru window — the bullet also shattered the driver’s side window of the car she was in.

“Bitch, you don’t know who you’re talking to,” she allegedly said before shooting up the joint.

Torres was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, unlawful discharge of a weapon and felony use of a firearm.
