Beyond parody: University promotes housing for LGBTTQQFAGPBDSM – it’s not a typo

If this wasn’t so ridiculous it would be sad.

A post on a Wesleyan University webpage advises of an open house for LGBTTQQFAGPBDSM.

No idea what that means? Don’t worry. Wesleyan explained it on its website.

Open House is a safe space for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Transsexual, Queer, Questioning, Flexual, Asexual, Genderf**k, Polyamourous, Bondage/Disciple (sic), Dominance/Submission, Sadism/Masochism (LGBTTQQFAGPBDSM) communities and for people of sexually or gender dissident communities. The goals of Open House include generating interest in a celebration of queer life from the social to the political to the academic. Open House works to create a Wesleyan community that appreciates the variety and vivacity of gender, sex and sexuality.

Oh and be careful of the lead paint.

That is intolerant to those who are dual sexual (see themselves as both male and female), pedophiles, furry’s, beastiality, necrophiliacs, object sexuals, mind f***s, fecal sexuals, and the abstract sexuals. So it should be LGBTTQQFAGPBDSMDPFBNOMFA. But of course to be really inclusive you must separate all groups like BBO (Black Bottoms Only) WBO (White Bottoms Only) BDWTTO (Brindle Dogs with White Tip Tails Only) RCO (Red Corvettes Only). So if we just had these groups which clearly are not mentally disturbed but are deserving ofthe utmost respect it would be LGBYTQQFAGPBDSMBBOWBOBDWTTORCO. but even still this is just the beginning of inclusion there is much work to do. The only group that does not deserve inclusion on this list or respect is Straight.

    1. Johnton says:

Many LGBTQ individuals would likely appreciate your point that these many sexual preferences not be associated with the their community defined by orientation.

Given that most of the additional groups you described are populated by heterosexuals, I think you managed to include “Straight” as a group after all! Kudos!

      1. Noah Dawson says:

If that is the case the why is there a letter for Lesbians, Gays, Bis, and Transexuals? I mean i would think that there are homosexuals in BDSM so by your standards are they not already represented? Also it used to be just LGBT and was for homosexuals, banning together to be strong in front of the oppressor “straights”. So why would they include a S for straights when supposedly that is who is oppressing them? The only thing they are doing is adding other perversions and they happen to have straight people in those perverse groups but the won’t just put an S for normal straight people because if they did then there perceived enemy and victim status would disappear.

        1. Johnton says:

Buddy, your response is as incoherent as that mess of an acronym we are discussing.

Grasping at your intent, I’ll remind you that the “A” in LGBTQIA represents “Allies.” Yup, that’s you and me – straight folk. If you feel so strongly that “S” be substituted for “A,” post LGBTQIS to the Book. I am sure your gay friends will not mind.

          1. Noah Dawson says:

“A” stands for “Asexual”. Asexual does not mean straight. Asexual is commonly used to describe something that can reproduce on its own without a partner. So please explain where you get “Allies” from? I do not know where you got the letters LGBTQIA from. The article above has LGBTTQQFAGBDSM. There is only one A and again that stands for Asexual.

          2. Noah Dawson says:

I read the article you referenced. In that article the A stood for either Asexual or Ally. But Ally means friend to the cause it again does not mean Straight. Lastly I am no friend to the “cause” so no I do not belong to that group as you suggested in an earlier post. Yes I understand that a Straight person might fit that “A” but a straight person can also fit BDSM. But any homosexual could also fit BDSM, the “A” or about 12 other letters. None of that explains why there is not a simple straight label. I am saying it is because they do not really have an all inclusive mentality. It is an us versus them mentality. I would love to explain it to you but to be honest it is like trying to explain logic to the illogical, something mindful to the mindless.

          3. Johnton says:

Thank you for reading the article!

I assure that I am not in need of further explanation. I understood your point.

Thematically, minority groups self-identify in the face of discrimination. The LGBT movement was principally founded in post-WWII America, demanding fair treatment in mental health, public policy, and employment.

Interestingly, over the years, the LGBT community has developed into its own subculture. Even if suddenly perceived to be equal across all American communities, community members might maintain attachment to their LGBT identities.

Here, I understand your point. America the melting pot comes to mind. However, before we condemn LGBT community members for non-assimilation, we must first offer them inclusion.

          4. Johnton says:

That said, It seems we keep different opinions about LGBT rights and inclusion – and I doubt this conversation will transform your perspective 🙂

            I wish adieu!

I have never seen in history such well developed and so simple maneuvers to overtake a nation that was impenetrable.
Thanks to the two parties of politicians we have it. They broke us down without a fight with immigration plain and simple.

    1. Johnton says:

What do you mean by “without a fight with immigration?” I am sure you are not asserting that an influx of Catholic Latinos brought with it a surplus of LGBT and sexually liberal heterosexual US residents.

So the QQFAG in the middle wasn’t intentional ?

  4. Douglas Wakeman says:

legbetquifagbedisom is the letter I use to spell legbetquifagbedisom-nuts
they prowl college campuses searching for butts
do not be the owner of the one that is found
you’d be surprised what they do when they’re poking around

  5. BPatMann says:

Are there any perversions that they didn’t mention?

  6. BPatMann says:

Q: How many homosexuals does it take to screw in a light bulb.
A: Homosexuals don’t screw in light bulbs, they screw in public restrooms, usually near playgrounds.

  7. Hog Dog says:

Why do they want a safe house for people who are obsessed with using the human body’s sewage pipe (anal cavity) for sex; vibrating plastic foreign objects for sexual gratification (lesbians); whips, pliers, etc. (S&M sickness); etc, etc. What is wrong with America – shame, shame, shame? Sex is a natural biological activity between a man and a woman – all these other obsessions are biologically unnatural creations and serve no useful purpose whatsoever – it is unnatural deviant behavior instead of natural conduct. Please wake up and smell the roses, no matter how hard they propagandize they can not change the basic laws of nature.
