12-year-old’s rendition of national anthem a gift from above for a nation torn by racial strife

Talk about being just what the doctor ordered, it doesn’t take much to believe a higher being may have been involved in the decision to feature this young man.

With the country torn apart by racial strife, justified or not, 12-year-old Quintavious Johnson gave us plenty of reason to come together in unity when he sang the national anthem before the NFL Thanksgiving Day game between the Detroit Lions and the Chicago Bears.

Displaying a voice bigger than his small body could contain, Quintavious, braces and all, knocked it out of the ballpark.
