Announcers totally lose it when football fan serenades a goose with a power ballad

At the Virginia-Miami game, this Virginia Cavaliers fan was so moved when Journey’s hit song “Don’t Stop Believin’” was played that he set off a remarkable chain of events.

First, he was so swept away by emotion, that he began singing to his plastic goose, which he lovingly cradled on the field.

This cracked up the ESPN announcers. They laughed so that hard Joe Tessitore could barely stand.

And this ignited the Internet. So now, when you Google the terms “Don’t Stop Believin’” and “goose” over 30,000 entries appear.

And that is amazing!
