Anyway you slice it CNN anchor John Berman created his own mess on air Tuesday morning.
Berman used the phrase “any way you slice it” three times during a news report on the Oklahoma beheading.
“It’s a sick fascination any way you slice it, and there is a woman dead any way you slice it, and this man faces the death penalty, likely, any way you slice it,” he said.
The backlash must have been swift because Berman took to Twitter shortly after the segment and apologized for his lack of judgment.
