WH whiplash: Kerry says we’re not at war, former Congressman Allen West offers help with definition

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said on Thursday that the administration’s strategy includes “many different things that one doesn’t think of normally in context of war.”

“What we are doing is engaging in a very significant counterterrorism operation,” Kerry told CNN. “It’s going to go on for some period of time. If somebody wants to think about it as being a war with ISIL, they can do so, but the fact is it’s a major counterterrorism operation that will have many different moving parts.”

Former Congressman Allen West tried to clear up the confusion brought on by the incompetent gang of circus performers who have taken over our country.

He wrote and tweeted: “Ok, this is becoming rather embarrassing for America. Let me be clear, when you are dropping a bomb on someone’s head, you are at war with them — unless, you are Barack Hussein Obama or John Kerry.”
