IRS says it lost 2 years of Lois Lerner’s emails due to crash; Ted Cruz has a question . . .

Friday afternoon the news began to spread that the Internal Revenue Service “lost” two years of former employee Lois Lerner‘s emails.

“The IRS claims it cannot produce emails written only to or from Lerner and outside agencies or groups, such as the White House, Treasury, Department of Justice, FEC, or Democrat offices,” House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp, R-Mich. said in a statement.

“They have lost Lois Lerner emails from a period of January 2009 – April 2011.”
