Ann Coulter tells horror story: ‘My friend’s sister died today because of Obamacare’

coulterWhen pressed on the negative impact Obamacare is having on average folks, Democrats choose to focus on those who are being helped by the healthcare law.

But conservative pundit and author Ann Coulter highlighted just how devastating the impact can be in a recent appearance on “Fox & Friends.”

“This does have real world consequences: I got up the other morning and got an email from a friend saying, ‘My sister almost died because of Obamacare,’” Coulter told host Tucker Carlson.

Coulter said the friend’s sister lost her coverage when Blue Shield pulled out of California because of Obamacare. Despite running a fever, the woman did not go to the emergency room because she had no insurance, until she went into septic shock.

As Coulter explained, her friend later called to say her sister passed away over the weekend.

“That is completely shocking,” Carlson said.

“But it isn’t,” Coulter replied. “It’s expected. We knew this would happen. It’s a horrible story, and people need to know about these stories. I emailed her and asked her if I could tweet this, and she said, ‘Julie would be very happy for you to tweet this.’”

For those that heard that Obamacare would be as good as what Canada has.. well I live in Canada and the health care stinks ! One time I went to the ER as i had cut my hand badly and I’m on blood thinner. I waited 4 hrs just to have my hand looked at, thankfully I had applyed enough direct pressure to stop the bleeding. The Dr told me it was going to be another 2-3 hrs before they could stitch it close, but they would have to remove some flesh from my hand as it will be too dryed out to close ! I went across the street to a hardware store and bought some super-glue and closed the wound myself ! But what you’ll be getting with Obamacare will be several times worse !

Wow, sorry to hear that. Here in America, when you go to the emergency room, those with chest pains or are bleeding, especially those on blood thinners get taken back immediately, whether you have insurance or not.. That is law here and has nothing to do with insurance.

I wonder if this is the same, “my friend’s sister” that we’re always hearing about in the comment sections around the internet. You know the one that just bought a new car working online and makes $6,837.32 a week. Or maybe it wasn’t her friend’s sister. Maybe it was her cousin’s sister’s hairdresser’s mother’s neighbors friend. It always hard to tell when you hear stories like this from people that are prone to bear false witness in support of something they’re pushing.

The way the Constitution reads …they are not American citizens … the way the Amendment you are about to try and quote from was written and the legislative intent of that amendment was never to grant anchor babies citizenship
