A gun advocacy group in Florida is offering a free AR-15 to draw more attention to its efforts.

Billed as “New Gear for a New Year,” the gun rights organization Florida Carry will give away a free rifle — minus fees to lawfully transfer the firearm — to a lucky member or registered supporter, according to their Facebook page.

As stated on their web site, the group is “a non-profit, non-partisan, grassroots organization dedicated to advancing the fundamental civil right of all Floridians to keep and bear arms for self defense.”

The Orlando Sentinel further reported:

Florida Carry lobbies the Florida Legislature and enters lawsuits to oppose gun restrictions and defend or expand Floridians abilities to carry firearms (and other weapons such as knives) for self defense in places ranging from the state fair to college campuses.

Sean Caranna, the group’s founder, said they have 12,000 members and registered supporters who will be eligible to win the AR-15, according to the report.

The Sentinel touched on the popularity of the AR-15 rifle, adding that “it’s also popular among mass-killers, including those who killed in Newtown and Aurora.”

The firearm, described by CNBC as “an obscenity, an assault weapon with no justifiable place in civilian hands,” is a frequent target of gun control advocates on the left,

The winner to be selected by random drawing of registered supporters and members on or about April 1st 2014.

In 2005, the number of homicides in the democrat city of Philadelphia was more than four times the number of Americans killed in Afghanistan

Don’t tell me, because Demoncranks have the population disarmed, while the criminals shoot at will. Yes?

Lemme guess, because the Demoncranks have the population disarmed, and only criminals can sport guns and shoot at will?

While Philadelphia is indeed hostile to armed civilians, the state’s court system has repeatedly smacked its patties for attempted violations of the Uniform Firearms Act.

To carry in Philadelphia, open or concealed, you need a permit issued by a sheriff or chief of police under state authority. Philadelphia’s latest gambit was to add hoops to its permitting process, and was again smacked down.

Bottom line: If you have a valid permit, screw Philadelphia and the horse it rode in on. You can carry.

      Period.

Hey, let’s cut the rotten beef! “Newtown and Aurora”… AND Boston, and the rest, FALSE FLAGS. Especially the listed three, totally X-Posed SCAMS with their own pictures, videos, and loud mouths… Ah-yes, and “Crisis Actors”. Pathetic. Every one of these traitors will one day soon be indicted on TREASON charges against the Second Amendment. And PUNISHED.
