Fox News analyst and author Charles Krauthammer called Hillary Clinton a “paper tiger” and said she cannot be considered a shoo-in for president.
When people actually look at the real Clinton and her record, they will vote for someone else, Krauthammer told Fox News’ Gretchen Carlson on Friday.
“She was unbeatable. She was the inevitable candidate in ’08,” Krauthammer said. “She turned out to be not that good as a candidate.”
Clinton will be nominated, he added, explaining that Democrats have almost religious feelings about her and see her as an icon.
“But if that translates into the general election, I’m not sure at all,” he said.
