Over 40 groups converge on WH to ‘Reclaim America’; MSM ignores

*Updated with photos as the event unfolds…

You probably won’t hear much in the media about the call for President Barack Obama‘s resignation during Tuesday’s rally in the nation’s capitol.

What’s being called “The Second American Revolution” is set to begin Tuesday as patriots from around the nation have joined forces with over 40 conservative groups and organizations to rally in front of the White House to demand President Obama’s resignation and “reclaim America.”

rallyLarry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, has organized the  “Reclaim America Now Coalition,” which seeks to “call out the administration for its unprecedented failure to represent We the People, to shine light upon what Barack Obama calls ‘phony scandals,’ and to allow people with legitimate grievances to finally be heard,” according to a press release published on Freedom Watch.

The event – hailed by Klayman as “the beginning of the peaceful, nonviolent second American revolution” – will be held in LaFayette Park, in front of the White House beginning at 10am on Tuesday.

Almost 30 guest speakers will join notable conservative groups like 2 Million Bikers to DC, Special Operations Speaks, Western Center for Journalism, several tea party organizations, former lawmakers, and actors like Pat Boone and Morgan Brittany are expected to attend the rally.

According to a press release published Monday on Freedom Watch:

As the Declaration of Independence requires of all Americans, it has now become necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands that have connected them with another. It is critical for us to rise up and confront the political establishment that has willfully and maliciously bound our hands and voices. We must invoke our unalienable right to liberty. Our government has become so destructive that, as our Founding Fathers expressed, it is our right and duty to alter or abolish it, while “instituting” a new government that truly represents We the People.

With the growing scandals of the Obama administration such as its utter indifference to the brutal murders in Benghazi, the willful targeting of conservative groups and others by the Internal Revenue Service, the unconstitutional, massive spying program instituted by Obama’s National Security Agency, and its blatant lies to the America people regarding ObamaCare in its egregious and dangerous attempt to socialize the United States of America, Reclaim America Now Coalition seeks to, in effect, “call out” the administration for its unprecedented failure to represent We the People, to shine light upon what Barack Obama calls “phony scandals,” and to allow people with legitimate grievances to finally be heard.

Reclaim America Now will host several prominent speakers such as former U.S. Attorney and Congressman Bob Barr, former U.S. Senator Gordon J. Humphrey, CEO of WND.com Joseph Farah and has the support of prominent coalition members such as the Tea Parties, Special Operations Speaks, Western Center for Journalism, Declaration Alliance, Gun Owners of America, John Ratzenberger, Carl Paladino, Pat Boone, Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely, Political Media Inc., Renew America, and other major individuals and groups.

Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, former U.S. Justice Department prosecutor and an organizer of Reclaim America Now, said this: “The Second American Revolution begins November 19, 2013. Our country is headed into a potentially fatal downward spiral, under the tyrannical control of a hostile government that no longer represents We the People. I call upon all patriots – Democrats, Republicans and others – to peacefully descend on Washington D.C. on the 19th en masse, and reclaim our freedoms promised to us in our Constitution, the same Constitution that the Obama administration so frequently violates. We the People do not know where this road will lead us precisely, but we know that it is necessary to begin the process of having Americans stand up for their rights and not look to our compromised and corrupted executive, legislative and judicial branches of government to do what is our God-given duty; to restore freedom to the United States of America.”

God is not going to help us at all…Onyl help will come is from us…

      • blackyb

God allows you your next heartbeat or breath Tom Duritsky. You are alive, I take it?

can you prove it with something besides hearsay? The bible is only what the authors wanted you to believe. And to make matters worse, each translation differs from the original. Since people had no written word and only travelling minstrels to tell the story at the beginning, just like in the game telephone… by the time the first words are spoken the end result differs and often is not even discussing what was said at all. I am alive and I am breathing because it is the way it is. I live as I live because it is as it is. I have never seen any document that gave you or them any rights to tell me or anyone else how to live or the ownership of another person, the air, the water or the land. until you fools stop grazing grass and realize that each entity on this earth in any form from animal to plant to human has just as much right here as you do to live and exist as they choose, you can all go to hell which since most of you also can’t pass the tests of your own decreed rules and laws, will be where you are going anyway. I will just be living without worrying about bullshit while you spend your life worrying about what someone else said your life should look like while kissing their asses since most of it was decreed by kings and others of domination.

oh let’s see, healed leg, healed back, healed arm slipped in some grease working in a restaurant thirty years ago and landed with my arm on the grill got a 3rd degree burn I of course did the practically smart thing and called my arm healed in the Name of Jesus and I have four witnesses who saw that burn disappear immediately, and don’t tell, me it was no third degree burn the trained person nearby saw it too. recently I trip running and landed smack on my elbow the whole arm began swelling up from wrist to elbow, again I did the intelligent thing and called in healed in the precious Name of my Lord Jesus Christ. the swelling went down and it was gone. silly child He’s going to heal that bitterness of your’s too And God’s Word tells you how to live. only fools say in their heart there is no God.

            Hallelujah!

            You seem really clumsy.

          • sharonhansen209

Don’t pick on him. I’m clumsy too.

          • Octoberfurst

Wow you have quite the imagination! Tell me, since you are so good at instantly healing yourself via “the name of Jesus” I assume you regularly go into hospitals and heal everyone right? In fact I am sure you have healed thousands. Oh you haven’t? Gee what a “shock.” But no doubt you have some excuse as to why you haven’t. (Could it be because you are full of it?) LOL.

          • http://touchmyheart.mobi/wp/ makingmagic

You are bible thumping to someone who was already inside your choir and learned to escape before evil ate me alive. As for your bullshit of I don’t believe in God, you are also as wrong as your interpretation of the fact that I have to listen to some religious dictators meaning for my life instead of just asking God. While you are bowing your head and asking his son (which I don’t agree with), I am raising my eyes and asking him and getting my answers. I would have been dead many times over if I had sat and waited for your form of belief to come to my assistance. Hell, most of the time the problems were caused by people just like you in the first place.
Thump away all you want at me. It washes away the very next time I look around at what God created and then I remember vows and chastity and many other things that you all forget when it is in what you deem to be your own best interest. The biggest problem with people like you from all religions is that you can’t comprehend that God is universal and he doesn’t exist just because you exist. You exist because he does and so does everyone else. Get past the sin of your own egos and learn to live together instead of being an infections disease that breeds and demands hatred of another of God’s children. How many of you teach kids in Sunday school that God loves everyone. Then go home and sit at your computers and do nothing but condemn another for not believing as you do. You make me sick and this is one of the huge hypocrisies that made me choose to leave the church long ago. Nothing has changed in more than 40 years except that the lines are more divided and twice if not three or four times more ignorant.

          • Aaron Barnes

please tell me why i have to talk to a priest to speak to god, is there a way can skip the middle man and just talk to the big guy myself what ever happen to that.

          • Miki Sue Ross

Aaron, you don’t have to talk to a priest to talk to God. I talk to him directly. I firmly believe in God but NOT in organized religion. I think it’s selfish to think there’s only one “true” religion & only a select few are “chosen” for whatever agenda is being presented. ;)

          • Aaron Barnes

so true in the bible if i remember correctly god said he is known by many names, i think religion is one of the best and worst idea in human history.

          • SusieQ

Since you are making magic see if you can make yourself “disappear”. You sound extremely angry.

          • http://touchmyheart.mobi/wp/ makingmagic

Well, you are the one with the problem. I have as much right here as you do. I don’t have a problem with a fool being in the same room as I am. Guess you have a problem with someone with a working brain being in a room with you though. So… why don’t you leave and on your way out, kiss my ass.

          • blackyb

I do not mind you being here. You were no doubt turned off by some cult that is not true Christianity. There are plenty of them out there. Just know this. God will deal with you on an individual basis. You pray and ask Him to lead you the right way to a place where you can get under the word and get you a KJV Bible and read and pray for the Truth and Salvation. Do not look to people so much as they have flaws too. Just seek the Lord while He may be found. Today is the day of salvation. Do not allow others to stand between you and God. He can be your Father too. He does not love us any more than He does you. You must ask Him to save you though, so you will have someone to pray to. He will become your Father in Heaven. I do hope you do this. God does know the end from the beginning. He knows what will happen. We human beings mess up a lot of things, but as the saying goes, He makes lemonaid out of lemons. He gives us the knowlege to do that.

          • tnchick

            Nice.

          • SusieQ

No I’ll pass on that, you still have a really angry tone though, sorry.

          • blackyb

Susie, if you do not like my tone, you are going to hate hell. When the Rapture takes place there will be no love nor kindness left in this world. God’s Spirit will be gone. Those who has his loveing kindness in their hearts will be gone. There will be 7 years of this, then the judgement and those who signed on to the beast (possibly Islam) will be cast into hell.
(see Walid Shoebat videos on the subject of 666.) When the Judgement takes place those who are not saved WILL be cast into outer darkness and hell. May be one and same, but Hell all the same. Rethink your looking at my or anyone elses “tone” and know that will NOT be any justification for you when you face Judgement.

          • SusieQ

YOU are angry also. When one speaks in that tone it persuades no one.

          • blackyb

I am not on here to persuade you. That will be up to you and God if you pray and ask Him to save you through Jesus Christ. Nor am I on here to sound all sweet and nice to you. I am stating facts. If you do not want to go to Hell you will pray. Your soul is not dependent upon me to “beg” you. As I said that is as personal salvation. Either you want to turst God or you do not. You better not worry about me not being all sugary, but you better worry about where You are going to spend eternity.

          • Guest

Another lair who sows seeds of contempt from the word of GOD.

          • Phil

Oh Boy. Another deranged atheist on a tear.
You left out Sky God and Flying Spaghetti monster.

          • tnchick

            Sky God is their fave.

          • blackyb

They are seeking strength from one another, or so they think. Hell will not be a marshmellow roast with buds. Know it. Hell is for an eternity where there is no love and the heat is tortuous. There is no good will and there is NO way out.

          • Ian MacLeod

I’ve read lately, too, that the “elites” or their agents got their hands on ALL religious texts on the planet over at least a thousand years and MEDDLED with them. Just enough, in JUST the right places. That would be a good reason why they’re so hard to make sense of.

            Ian

          • blackyb

Ask Jesus into your heart. Repent (turn away from) your sins and ask God to save you. The King James Version of the Bible is the Truth. Ask God in Heaven to give you the knowlege and desire to read this.

          • Ian MacLeod

I’ve tried that actually. It doesn’t fit me. I have a daily ongoing “talk” (rather one-sided, granted) with the Creator. Christianity, especially as it’s practiced here, fits me like a tutu on an alligator. I love the woods, the mountains, the desert, the oceans, lakes, I’ve played guitar and sung for bear in the mountains, coyotes in Mojave Desert… I’m a vet, disabled and in chronic pain for 30 years now. I think I’ve learned as much of God as I can without a more direct communication, and I get little out of the Bible, which I have read, and actually studied. I can only do what I can do. I’ll caretake, and care, and help as I can, fight if I’m forced to it, die if that’s what it takes. This is a potentially magically beautiful world, and Life, animals, people are fascinating to me! There have been places, creatures – even people the beauty of which all fills me like an ocean fills a teacup. This country has the best chance I’ve ever seen for sheer wonder – if the destroyers can be gotten out of the way!

            Ian

          • blackyb

Hell is not going to fit you either.

          • SusieQ

Forget it, they have a problem in realizing the beauty of the christian faith. You do not scare people into believing in our creator.

          • blackyb

I am giving you the Truth and the facts. No ore; no less. Do with them as you will. It is my duty do do this as there is a witness in all people who are saved. When you get saved (depends upon you to pray) you will have One too.

          • blackyb

The King James Bible 1611 holds the Truth. The Old Testament is the history until Christ came and the New Testament is the Last Will and Testament Jesus left for you by witnesses and those who were there during the time He was here before the crucifixion and those telling you about it after. It is there if you are willing to humble yourself and ask forgiveness and for Christ to come into your heart. He left his Holy Spirit here for you as a comforter, but when the rapture takes place it will be gone. You will then be living in a world that is unbelievable without love and good will of any sort. If you think it is bad now, you better hope you avoid this.

        • Ian MacLeod

I’m told that He may resurrect you, but down here you’re pretty much on your own. God may see every sparrow that falls – but the little bugger still falls anyway!

          Ian

          • blackyb

This place cannot be Heaven. The wages of Sin is Death. We all must die unless we are here at his next coming to earth. When He does the Resurrected will be with Him fighting Muslims in the Middle East. Edom is mentioned as a place he will be. Again watch Walid Shoebat videos of the End Time Scenario and John Hagee’s Four Blood Moons pull up U-Tube or just put their names in Search and they will come up.

          • blackyb

We all love that and so did God for He made it. Just take the gift he left for you when Jesus died on the cross and that is the Spirit of Christ into your heart. You have not because you have asked not.
In Jesus’ Will and Testament He left you at His death, he told you how to become saved. He will leave that Witness inside you as He has me to tell others. Give it a go. Humble yourself before Him and ask forgiveness for neglecting so great a salvation and for forgiveness for your sins and to come into your heart. Let us know.

          • Aaron Barnes

what kind of god allows a family of 4 to die but the drunk behind the wheel survives, what kind of god allows Innocent kids die from diseases, what kind of god allows murder in his name, what kind of god allows a murderer into heaven that has confess his sins but doesn’t let a person in who has done good deeds all his life but was not a christian, what kind of god allows the use of his name to justified the slaughter of thousands? because that not a god want to pray to.

          • Michelle McNees

Get it right! God doesnt allow one to drive drunk, but the anti-Christ does! Americans are just running rampant and the damage is heart breaking!

          • Aaron Barnes

so god will sit back and let this bad stuff happen

      • RobertLaity

That’s your problem. You ignore God.

      • Vrahnos

Don’t bet on it.If we can catch his hear and he hears us crying out things just may happen like impeching Obama and Holder and might as well thowing in dear Reid as well. Now that would be the hand of god at work, right?

All things work together for the good of them who love the Lord. (Remember the lemonaid and the lemons.)

Treaty of Peace and Friendship between the United States of America and the Bey and Subjects of Tripoli of Barbary, Section 11:

“As the Government of the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion as it has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion, or tranquility, of Mussulmen [Muslims], and as the said States never entered into any war or act of hostility against any Mahometan [Muslim] nation, it is declared by the parties that no pretext arising from religious opinions shall ever produce an interruption of the harmony existing between the two countries.”

Ratified by the Senate on June 7, 1797, and signed by President John Adams, taking effect as the law of the land on June 10, 1797. Treaties have equal weight with the Constiution in terms of law. So by law we are *not* a Christian nation and have never been one.

      • OldmanRick

Why then do we still use “In God We Trust” on our coinage?

        • penguin_boy

Because in 1954 Republicans thought it would scare the Commies. Also note the the generic God can be applied to any of the Abrahamic faiths.

          • OldmanRick

I was once a coin collector and the inscription, “In God We Trust”, has appeared on American coins as early as 1864.

The following might help you and your historical dates.

            http://www.treasury.gov/about/education/Pages/in-god-we-trust.aspx

          • penguin_boy

You asked why we still use it. I answered it.

          • OldmanRick

No your reasoning did not answer my question. However, the explanation from the treasury did. Thanks anyway.

          • ICBM904

Because, in 1864, the Treasury Secretary decided to ignore what the Founding Fathers said and introduce God into our currency (coins only). Who carries more weight — the Founding Fathers, the Senate and the president in 1797, or a treasury secretary in 1864? I think putting God’s name on filthy lucre would be rather heathen, but to each his own.

          • blackyb

You may do better not thinking. God owns everything. If you don’t like it. God to some heathen country. You are not needed in the United States.

          • http://touchmyheart.mobi/wp/ makingmagic

And your stupidity added as opposing forces to his stupidity is exactly why the government was also based on “separation” of church and state. Which means religion should have no voice in affairs of law. Since both of you would like to quibble this then I suggest both of you pay the taxes that the churches have been not paying while lobbying the government to pass laws. If you remove all laws that the church (any religion not just Christian) has lobbied before passing, you will remove 90% of the laws.

          • blackyb

The Spirit of the law is to keep the government out of Church business and as well to keep people like Islamists from running the government through what is politics disguised as religion. What you are doing is attempting to twist the laws in order to justify your agnosticism, atheism, or perhaps to help with the leftist agenda of Islamitizing OUR country. You cannot mix oil and water. Our country was founded upon religious principals above that what men are capable of thinking. I do not expect you to understand this, as you had rather live in darkness, but know this: Hell is your reward.

          • Susan Johnson Faris

            Agreed! Very knowledgeable, well said.

          • Talltrees

We already have three Muslims in government. 2 in Congress, one as president. Obama was a Muslim first before he says he converted to Christianity. According to Islam, once a Muslim, always a Muslim. It’s obvious he isn’t Christian.
Islam is a political ideology governing every aspect of Muslims’ lives. It shouldn’t be permitted to be practiced here since it is in direct conflict with our Constitution.

          • Aaron Barnes

the founding fathers were very religious just look at the declaration

          • Ian MacLeod

Religious perhaps – some at least. Have you heard of the Jeffersonian Bible, though? He razored every reference to miracles out of the New Testament. I’m unsure HOW far he got i the old Testament, but he believed in NO miracles. He saw Jesus as a wise and gentle man, who was still strong enough to get righteously angry, as when he threw the money changers out of the Temple.

Jesus WAS a strong, hearty man, not the scrawny, wimpy looking fellow hanging on the cross as he’s usually shown. He was a carpenter in a time when Black and Decker wasn’t around to make things easier! Ever try the OLD tools – hand powered? Likely he had wrestler’s arms, and legs like tree trunks. He was a poor man who worked with his hands, or at least if he wasn’t DIRT poor, he was just getting by, which meant that where he went, transportation was shank’s mare, and he walked all over the Middle East!

I like Jefferson’s approach, though. He’d never seen anything HE could call a miracle, so without proof he wasn’t ABOUT to lie and say he believed just to get along.

            Ian

          • blackyb

You do not know or understand Jesus if you have not asked Him into your heart. You cannot understand nor discern what is going on today in the right way. You will not be able to understand the Constitution in Truth and why and what the Spirit of the Law is about. The Law is not made for twisting but to be applied in Truth, Honesty, Justice and fairness in the Spirit that transcends what man may think, but in the Spirit of God in such a manner as whereby man is not using the Law for gain, politically or otherwise.

          • Aaron Barnes

i understand jesus fine he was a great man who preached about the single must important rule that we are one race and that we need to be kind to one another

          • Miki Sue Ross

            Very well said!

          • Belinda Duras

of course not religion shouldn’t Thank God we don’t have that. we have personal intimate relationship with the only real God there is and our Lord Jesus Christ. we owe no man anything dear all we have is from to and for the Lord who mutlitplies it back to us hundred fold

          • Eric Adams

            Not discounting Zeus just yet.

          • Criximar

What about Odin? Can’t forget the all-father. Clearly the only way to solve the divide is an Odin VS Zeus arm wrestling match. A duel that will rattle the earth

          • Ian MacLeod

            “What about Odin?”

Too blood-thirsty for my taste (pardon the poor pun). In THAT culture you could as easily get killed for a joke as not, too. As for the Celtic Nature spirits!! No thanks.

          • Aaron Barnes

who odin and Zeus would beat him any ways.

          • Talltrees

            “separation” of church and state”

It does not mean “religion should have no voice in affairs of law.”

It means the government should not establish a state religion as was in England. It did not mean government can not interact with religion. It does. Prayers are said in Congress every day. There is evidence of Christianity on government buildings. And…the Bible was consulted, as well as other books when the Constitution was being written.

Look up what the Founding Fathers said about religion (Christianity) and the necessity of following it for our type of Constitutional Republic to succeed.

          • Larry Mellette

Yes the Church of England ruled. Ask the Irish Catholics

          • Aaron Barnes

the only reason why there is a church of England is because a king wanted to get a divorce

          • Aaron Barnes

see that one thing i don’t understand about people who are nonreligious they want everything that related to god out of govt i have no problem with a statue of the commandments being in front of a courthouse many of our laws come from those ten laws.

          • Talltrees

It’s caused by Marxist ideology which really took hold in the 60′s. Attempts to destroy our Christian culture. See Frankfort school and Columbia University. This ideology spread through academia until it became commonplace. Our youth have been indoctrinated with Marxism since the 60′s. Those 60′s youth are now running our government with Marxism ideology.
Look up which race/religion was and is behind spreading Marxism in this country. They have control of our media, entertainment, academia, banking, the largest lobbyist, and quite a few spots in our government working for Obama. They control the Federal Reserve. They donate the most to political candidates.

          • Aaron Barnes

that why lobby should be against the law because it just legal bribery

“This ideology spread through academia until it became commonplace.”

ALMOST right: it WAS spread – by the same “elites” who own the Fed and the rest of the Central Banking system. They are also the ones who slowly destroyed the value of the dollar, destroyed the school system and everything while poisoning the food supply, making TV a destructive influence instead of what it could have been… They are also the ones who start WWI and WWII and are TRYING to start WWIII! They also created Codex Alimentarius (supposed to kill off three BILLION “useless eaters”), the U.N.’s Agenda 21 and on and on and on. THEY are why every nuclear plant LEAKS so that women who live within 100 miles of one are 5 times as like to have breast cancer. They’ve saturated the food supply with GMOs, poisonous additives like aspartame (which started out as a biochem weapon) and on and on and on.

They are DESTROYERS. They live in the shadows – hidden for the most part. They are Luciferians, and they warp and destroy everything and everyONE they touch! THEY are the real enemy; Obama is THEIR tool, as is 99% of this Congress, the NSA, Israel… It’s a horribly long list, and WE are the only ones who will do anything, IF we act at all. I just wish I knew how, or WHAT we should do.

            You are absolutely correct.

Without the mainstream media, we are pretty much at a loss to expose them since they control it.

I’m afraid only a revolution would rid us of this evil.

If we could retake our schools, banking, etc, our culture could return and the Constitution upheld, but it will take time.

They seem to OWN most political candidates. Since Kennedy they’ve been a lot more careful about who they allow to run, too. They THOUGHT he was one of them; oops. Sorry – another “one more thing”: The “President” has tried hard to criminalize whistleblowers. Since WHEN does America attack and imprison people who inform the authorities of a crime?? The state is meant to stay out of Church business. The state is not to have a political agenda such as is Islam disguised as a religion. That is the basis of what that seperation of church and state is about.

          • Ian MacLeod

But they were NOT “Christians,” they were Deists. As for America BEING a “Christian Nation,” that is out and out falsehood and always HAS been, though Christians from the beginning has always insisted it was – and the Founders themselves fought the notion ab initio. Their words:

“The 1796 treaty with Tripoli states that the United States was ‘in no sense founded on the Christian religion’. This was not an idle statement, meant to satisfy muslims — they believed it and meant it. This treaty was written under the presidency of George Washington and signed under the presidency of John Adams.

Article XI of the treaty read ‘as the Government of the United States of
America is not in any sense founded on the Christian religion – as it has in
itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion or tranquility of
Musselmen – and as the said states never have entered into any war or act of
hostility against any Mahometan nation, is declared by the parties, that no pretext arising from religious opinions shall ever produce an interruption of the harmony existing between the two countries.’”

America is a non-religious political entity that CONTAINS Christians, as well as people of many other religions, but Christianity does not and SHOULD NOT have primacy in this country! As soon as it does, or as soon as those Christians in government try to make the government Christian, one of the basic principles on which this country rests has been sabotaged and undone! America is not, MUST NOT BE, Christian; some Christians are Americans, as are people of other religions. Christians have been trying to make America a religious dictatorship from the very beginning, and statesmen have fought a religious takeover for just as long!

Are you really so egotistical and stupid as to believe that the word God can only pertain to Christians?

          • blackyb

The Bible was written for Christians as those unsaved do not understand it. Those unsaved through the blood of Christ have only one prayer to the Heavenly Father and that is to ask for salvation. Then you have a Heavenly Father to pray to. Otherwise you are taking orders from the Devil and your reward is Hell and damnation. I did not make the rules; if you do not believe it, take it up with God Almighty.

          • Belinda Duras

the Bible was written to ALL those who believe on His Name

          • Ian MacLeod

First, the language has changed in the last 600 years or so, and you Christians have failed to notice: correct usage is “To believe IN,” not “To believe ON his Name”. Most human beings, and especially those with in intellect they have learned to trust (knowing it’s not perfect and always being careful), react poorly when someone shoves ANYTHING down their throats. If you want to make CERTAIN that these people loathe the entire concept of God, then KEEP shoving down their throats. Eventually you’ll manage to piss off enough of the populace you’ll start a religious internal WAR. If you’re lucky you might even manage to trigger the destruction of the whole country!

Pray all you like; trust in God if you choose to, though as far as I’ve ever noticed, while He may resurrect you after you die – though I have yet to see it – He almost NEVER protects Christians against lions or other earthly attacks, pain, disease or anything else. Those who DO seem to be protected do so at EXACTLY the same rate as chance might cause to happen. Believe what you choose, and I will do the same, but STOP trying to FORCE the rest of us to believe as you do, or even to have to ACT as though we did when we DON’T! Otherwise you are yet another divisive and destructive force within our group at a time when we desperately need to work together! If you wish to help the Destroyers, the Enemy, just keep going as you are, and you will place and keep yourself firmly in the “Religious Dictatorship” part of the Enemy Camp. You may even end up ultimately responsible for the final destruction of this country! Then you can REALLY congratulate yourselves.

You pray for forgiveness, healing, assistance, etc to the Father through his son. I pray directly to God. Since my God is all knowing and all seeing, he already knows what I will do before I do it. He also knows what I am thinking so I don’t have to bow my head or bend my knees or speak to his son for him to know that I want to talk to him. Thanks but no thanks.

          • blackyb

You may not realize this but Jesus Christ is your intercessor with God The Father. The Bible says Jesus is the Door to the Father. If you do not accept Jesus, then you have no hope of praying straight to God without the Spirit of Christ in your heart. Jesus died on the cross for your sins. If you do not accept His Son, The Father will not accept you. Jesus said He is the Way, the Truth and the Life and no one cometh to the Father by by me (Jesus.) You must be reborn with Christ in your heart to be saved and enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

          • Aaron Barnes

so all the jews can’t get into heaven than?

          • blackyb

Not unless they accept Christ as their Savior. There are many converted Jews. When the tribulation starts, after the rapture of the people saved, there will be 144,000 Jews from the 12 tribes who will realize that Jesus is the Christ and it will be like having 14,ooo Billy Grahams preaching to save those left here to keep them from accepting the mark of the beast which may be the Islamic religion. (they do wear the arm band on their arms and forheads to distinguish themselves as belonging to Allah) the Beast has been explained as being the Islamic religion by some Mid-Eastern Scholors. The Bible speaks of Christ fighting places in the Mid East like Edom, etc. We are living in most interesting times. The signs are here for His return.

          • blackyb

There is but one Truth. It is not a matter of “if you believe as I do. It is a matter of accpeting Christ as your savior and asking Him into your heart. His Spirit will be what gets you to Heaven. Without that you will not get into Heaven. His blood covers your sins if you are saved.

          • blackyb

If you do not accept Jesus in your heart, you will not have a door to reach the father. Jesus is the intercessor is why he died for your sins. He died for YOU. Do not neglect so great a salvation. You must know this to be saved.

          • blackyb

You have but ONE prayer if you are not saved through Jesus Christ and that is to ask to be saved. Unless you are saved you have no Father in Heaven. God said through His Word, through Jesus Christ. “No one comes to theFather but by the Son.. Jesus said also: “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life, no one comes to the Father, but by me.” He died on a cross so you could be saved through Him.

          • Aaron Barnes

          • blackyb

This is the Word of God. You will not have knowlege of Truth until you ask Christ into your heart. You are unable to discern the Truth from a lie. You are taking orders from the Devil if you are not taking the Word of God that is the Bread of Life. God is so far above what men may think, we need his Spirit through his Son Jesus Christ to lead us in the Right Way. You must be born again by the Spirit of Jesus Christ to have that connection to God the Father. You have not because you asked not.

          • Aaron Barnes

Pure garbage! The colonists were fleeing religious persecution.

        • penguin_boy

OK let me explain this to you slowly. Some of the early colonies were set up as religious enclaves. Not all. Jamestown was a Crown Colony. That all happened in the very early 18th century, and the colonies all lost their unique religious aspects by 1700 or so.

The Treaty of Tripoli was ratified almost 180 years after the Pilgrims landed. Some things changed. Also, those religious refugees were long dead when the colonies began agitating for increased say in their own governance.

Finally the Treat of Tripoli is the law of the land. Deal with it.

          • EliseR

The indians did not own the whole of this country. These ships had to stop off somewhere. That was their business, not ours. It was God’s business as well. I wholeheartedly agree. God is NOT mocked! Was making a point to “penguin_boy” that treatys that are made by men can and often are broken by men. Actually they didn’t “own” any of it. The Earth is, to them, a Living Being, with Spirit and Spirits to it. The idea of owning a living being is a ridiculous notion to them and generally always has been, though a few tribes practices a form a slavery. Even so, it wasn’t slavery as whites know it. As for owning land, no. There were places that they had cared for, places they traditionally used in a hunter-gatherer type meander around, getting to certain areas just before they’re ready to be harvested. They were careful about which animals they killed and for what purpose, and they ALWAYS gave thanks – to the creature itself (or to the plant, though that was more the practice of a Medicine Man).

At a sweat lodge they address the spirits of everything they use: the “stone people” that they place in the fire, the “Standing people,” trees used by the Lakota were white willow for the lodge frame, and so on. All was harvested and handled – and STILL is – with great respect and with gratitude. Everything is alive, everything has spirit. Humanity’s place in this organization is as an animal – with a spirit, like all others – and is unique due his intellect and adaptability. Still, we are also living natural beings in a living natural world per the Native Americans.

Constitution of the United States, Article VI:

“This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in
Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under
the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the
Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in
the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”

The fact that we’ve broken treaties does not change the fact that treaties have equal weight with the Constitution when it comes to law. The Treaty of Tripoli was never broken, or dismissed by Congress. It stopped having any legal effect when the Ottoman Empire dissolved in 1918.

But cry all you want. There, right in front of your eyes, is a treaty negotiated by the same men who created the Constitution under order of President George Washington, and singed by John Adams.

The United Ststes is in no way a Christian nation. The Founders said it clearly and put their names on it. Welcome to reality.

          • Aaron Barnes

the country is not anything but a nation where all religions are welcome and the one true god is the same god the Jews, Christians and Muslims pray to just called a different name

          • Talltrees

Muslims do not pray to the Christian and Jewish God. Their god is a pagan god.

          • Aaron Barnes

no u r wrong they pray to the same god u do.

          • Talltrees

Absolutely not. Have you read the Bible? Anyone who does not adhere to those teachings is not following the Christian and Jewish God. Have you read the Koran? Islam is the religion of Satan. In fact, it’s not a religion. It’s a political ideology masquerading as a religion.

Now, Muslims tell us their God is the same as ours. In fact, Mohammad took some teachings from the Christian Bible, but Mohammad was a murderer, pedophile, and other things too ghastly to mention.
The Bible warns to beware of false prophets. Mohammad was one of them.

All anyone has to do is observe Muslim behavior and know our Gods are not the same.

          • Ian MacLeod

Not quite; Muslims say that they are descended from the brother of Abraham’s son Ishmael, who was born of the slave woman Hagar, while the Jews are descended from Isaac, Abraham’s first son through Sarah, his legitimate wife, though he also had many other sons.

          • Talltrees

There’s a bit of a contradiction, here. I recently read that, as well; however, in the December, 2013 Billy Graham ‘Decision’ magazine, he addresses this question. “Do Christians and Muslims Worship the Same God?

“Muslims claim Allah has no son. Christianity takes as its central truth; the fact that Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of the Father. If Allah has no son, then Allah is not the God who reveals himself through the Son.”

“Christians believe in only one God, and He is the Father who sent the Son to save us from our sins. Allah has no son, and, thus, Christians cannot know God as Allah. In this light, Muslims and Christians do not only use different names for god; in reality, these different names refer to different gods.”

          • Ian MacLeod

As I recall, at the First Counsel of Nicea there was one major argument that hinged on one little syllable in a Greek word in scripture (I guess written by Lucanus?) – “homoousios” that changed the meaning from “of a similar substance to…” to “of one substance with”… God, making Jesus of the same substance as God, making Him and God indistinguishable one from the other. Before that there WAS NO ‘Trinity’. That is the “little minor point” that almost had the attendees at war with other, which until this Counsel they HAD been. Constantine really didn’t understand what the big deal was, either. He was strictly a politically oriented ruler, and he wanted this religion unified so he could use it to unify his Roman Empire. He told them, “Look, stop fighting over these minor differences and settle this!” That particular “minor difference” was a core piece of Christianity to many of these people, and a lot of their people had DIED in defense of their positions on it.

Constantine was a Sun (NOT yet “Son”) worshiper; it didn’t matter to him.

As for Muslims, they refer to Allah as the Creator, do they not? I’ve also heard them refer to some part of Allah that has “personhood” – en Suf – is ,if I understand it right, the Be All that is beyond any human understanding, the Power, I guess, that Acts and IS. Does Allah speak to the prophet, as Yahwe does to the Hebrews now and again?

          • Aaron Barnes

no, it is the same god, they don’t believe Jesus was the son of god but a great prophet, like Moses same with the jews they don’t believe jesus was the son of god also

          • Talltrees

Sorry, for any confusion. Allah is not the same God as Christians.

I’m not a Judaism expert, but it’s claimed they pray to the Christian God, but Jews have fallen out of grace with God.

As for Islam, I believe Muhammad was a charleton, excerpting parts of the Bible for compilation of the Koran taking what he wanted to make it appear to be a religion and writing the remainder. Islam is mostly a political ideology masquerading as a religion.

          • Aaron Barnes

we mite not be a christian nation but many of out morality comes from christian ideas.

          • penguin_boy

Really? Name them, and then point to the same wording in both the Bible and the Constitution.

          • Aaron Barnes

murder in against the law just like its against god laws. the idea of helping others which is a christian belief is also a American belief. false testimony is against god laws and our laws. The belief that people should treat others with respect and kindness is a christian idea as well as an american idea. stealing is against the law as well as god laws.

          • penguin_boy

The idea of altruism is central to Buddhism, which appeared about 600 years before Christianity. Altruism is found in every ethical system. We’re social animals.

Murder is also a crime in Code of Hammurabi, which dates back to 1772 BC. Again, amazingly enough, every civilization on Earth has prohibited the unwarranted killing of a fellow man. Murder was illegal in the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany… are you going to claim those states were based on Christian principles as well?

Same goes for stealing. Theft is in the Code of Hammurabi. “If any one is committing a robbery and is caught, then he shall be put to death.”

The Code of Ur-Nammu is three centuries older, but not as complete. So the laws you claim are Christian actually date back thousands of years before Jesus supposedly lived, and cover the same ethical codes found around the world.

You actually think altruism is an exclusively Christian idea? Laughable.

          • Aaron Barnes

yea ur right i don’t think those are christian ideas because the Christians “stole” those ideas and used them for their own purpose. many things Christians believe in are from other cultures or other religions. the story of how Jesus was born is similar to an old Egyptian story about Iris or Horus can’t remember who. Christians used many pagan traditions and reform them into their own traditions like cutting down a tree for Xmas and decorating it was a German pagan tradition to celebrate the winter. The using of the egg for Easter was a pagan tradition celebrating the rebirth of the earth during spring.

          • KentPerry

penguin boy, you deal with it. No treaty outside or with any foreign body can supercede the constitution and law of the land. You need to go back and reread the originating documents again. No government official is to make any agreements with countries outside the United States that will supercede the law of the land and or give possible rise to putting the country in jeopardy. You scream a lot but you only get things half right. That makes you as dangerous as the fool.

          • penguin_boy

So very wrong. Here, let’s learn something.

The Constitution gives the President the power to make treaties with the advice and consent of the Senate (a 2/3rds vote to ratify.) That’s Article II, Section 2.

Article VI states: “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”

The President has the power to make treaties, the Senate has to ratify them, and treaties are equal in weight to the Constitution. What part of this do you not understand?

          • Doug

            Looks pretty cut and dried.

          • Aaron Barnes

yes but a treaty can be unconstitutional which makes it an illegal treaty and a treaty is not higher than the constitution. for example if the un is trying to pass a resolution banning private ownership of guns would goes against the constitution.

          • Aaron Barnes

that means that govt people in local and state and fed. has to fellow it. for example if the state passes a law saying it ok to hunt whales but thn the us fed govt sigh a treaty bandy it then tht state law will have to gotten rid of.

          • Aaron Barnes

yes very true but the constitution is still higher than treaties and treaties can be declared unconstitutional like that resolution that the UN is trying to pass about guns will be unconstitutional because it goes against the 2nd amendment.

          • Ian MacLeod

UNLESS some part of that law violates the Constitution; laws-by-treaty still cannot supersede the Constitution. Has anyone noticed that ‘ole Barry has kinda given up on trying to rewrite it through treaties and has taken to writing E.O.s? Weren’t some of those “classified,” too? I KNOW there were some laws that are “secret laws.” which I had understood were illegal. How can they write and pass a law that binds We the People if we violate it, though we’re not permitted to know what constitutes a violation of it?? Personally I’m sick the whole BS thing: Admiralty Law, Corporate law, Administrative Law – which of those are the same things and how in Hell did ANY OF THEM wind up overriding Common Law which America was designed to operated under? Secret Police, secret spying without warrants, corporations that are for-profit and registered as such with Dun & Bradstreet but that are treated like governments or government entities… And now cops are routinely getting away with murder or are allowed to create false charges based on utter lies or other types of fabrications or setups, and innocent people, because a cop was in a pissy mood that day, wind up in PRISON for DECADES! And attorneys think nothing of sending people to prison – as though ten or fifteen years in prison is nothing!

The Founders would long since have taken up arms again to remove a government as false and destructive as this one! Those protesters in the 60′s took to the streets for FAR LESS provocation than what’s happening today. So what has HAPPENED to Americans that so few are willing now? Maybe some sort of conditioning similar to what Rockefellers did with “women’s Liberation,” the pill and all the rest? If I can find it, there’s a really good article on it:

Americans Don’t Fight Back: How the US Crushed Youth Resistance

I had a friend a long time ago who was what i call a “Professional Student”. He had been in school most of his life and had bout 3 different degrees, i think 1 Bachelors and 2 Masters at the time i met him and was going for his Doctorate in something. The guy was in his 40′s, never had been in a relationship and the only job he’d ever had was working at Circle K part time during school. He was a damned genius concerning most everything. But, was a complete IDIOT when it came to critical thinking and using logic, reason, and plain common sense. You remind me of him ALOT!

          • penguin_boy

Again with the insults. In reality I’ve spent my adult life either serving in the Army or working as a truck driver. Extremely poor health has forced me to retire at an early age. I just love reading and learning and have a passion for history and law.

Oh, I’ve also been happily married for 22 years, and my only retail experience was a couple of years at Cost Plus World Market. Hated that job.

“the Treat of Tripoli is the law of the land.”

What are you talking about? It is not a law of the land. It was made with Barbary pirates (Muslims) who were constantly attacking our ships and taking cargo crews as slaves.
It has nothing to do with religion.

By the way states had established their own religions, one state until 1880.

          • penguin_boy

How many times am I going to have to explain this?

The Constitution gives the President the power to conclude treaties, with the Senate having to ratify them with a 2/3rds vote. (Article II, Section 2)

Article VI of the Constitution establishes that the Constitution, federal laws, and all treaties are the Supreme Law of the nation, overriding any state law.

Treaties are binding on both parties, and their language is law. The Treat of Tripoli was signed by President John Adams and ratified by the Senate. It is law.

          • Talltrees

“As the Government of the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion”

The only reason this was added was because they didn’t want the Muslims to know the U.S. was a Christian nation, for obvious reasons. Muslims hate Christians.

Now, you said it is the law of the land which can be interpreted as it affected citizens, I question that. The law did not affect citizens in any religious way. That is what I meant.

If you argue this treaty was a law, I agree, but it was a foreign policy, not domestic.

          • KentPerry

I already answered this silly notion and again,, you were proven wrong

          • Aaron Barnes

the treaty of Tripoli no longer valid and besides u really think those pirates really care about the treaty, and most likely they put that in there to try to make peace with the pirates so they stop attacking our ships because the US was losing a lot of money and we didn’t have a navy and instill we did we were sending them tribute and when the leader of Tripoli demanded more money then US decided to take action and the Pirate wars began and it was the first time USA send a invasion army over seas and a fun fact; the Marines got there first taste of battle during these wars and also were they got there nickname; leathernecks.

        • blackyb

          Absolutely.

        • Nick

Actually…the colonists came over here so they COULD persecute people religiously. They were “Puritans” and thought that the morals in England were too loose. They left as separatists of the corruption of the Church of England, after abandoning some of the “silly” rituals that were required, and had nothing to do with “God’ as the Puritans saw it.

Religion was one of the main reasons America was founded, but it was explicitly stated that religion as an organization was to have nothing to do with government. HOWEVER…I don’t get why people don’t see that the guidelines set forth in the New Testament by Jesus are really a fantastic way of living. Doesn’t even matter if you believe it’s real or just a story made up by the Romans to control the population. Even if it IS fake…why can’t we all just love everyone, treat everyone equally, and be nice to people? Sounds like a good way to live, no matter what someone’s views on “religion” right? =)

        • cancanjody

DUH~~ PERSECUTION IS THE OPERATIVE WORD THERE….`

        • KentPerry

They were fleeing a King who decided he was God,. This idea that Christianity was a man made idea to control the masses during Pagan Rome is absurd. The Romans were still watching lions devour all kinds of people and using strict brutality to control the masses just fine until Christians finally put a stop to it.

Look 98% of the population during Jeffersons admin were Presbyterians. The fact is, THIS Country was BUILT by Christians for better or worse. Now if all you mouthy atheist had a hand in that effort, then I guess we owe them a debt of gratitude but whether they did or didn’t, their influence wouldn’t have made a bit of a difference either way.

They simply weren’t that important. Oh and spare me the mundane platitudes about Thomas Paine being a founder because he wasnt.

As for Jeffersons wall of separation, HE NEVER SAID ANY SUCH THING. It was just another Choates quote or atheists efforts at revising history.

        Those professing knowlege became fools.
Let it be known: God is not mocked.
God’s Word is True. You need salvation. You are on a fools errand. You need to repent (turn away) from your sins. Ask God to forgive you and ask Jesus Christ into your heart. You will have a new mind, a new motivation and will gain knowlege you never had before and will understand His Word. You will read with new meaning being added to your mind.
You will realize man’s intellect is foolishness. There is but one thing you need in this life and that is God and you will avoid eternal damnation which is a burning Hell. The signs are here for His coming and you better rethink your position because it is a decision that will last an eternity.

        • penguin_boy

And there you have it. When presented with facts, what does blackyb do? Retreat into demanding that I become as ignorant as him.

Sorry, but I find your religion silly in the extreme, and largely plagiarized from older religions.

      • Belinda Duras

proven to be a made up rewritten lie by the demoncraps. all our founding fathers were Christians. all of them prayed and affirmed God every day of their lives. no real law of America is ever so stupid as to deny God.

      • maybefree

Thomas Jefferson was President after Adams and took us to war against the Muslims. The very beginning of the Marines. So I guess he didn’t believe in appeasement and bribes that they demanded.
The Washington monument also has “In God we trust” on the top part of it.Built in 1885, that seems strange because as far as I know Republicans didn’t exist then.

        • penguin_boy

The United States Marine Corps was founded on November 10th, 1775. They fought in the Revolutionary War. It was a different set of Barbary pirates that we faced in the First Barbary War.

The Republican Party was formed on March 20, 1854.

Honestly are you really this pig-ignorant about your own nation’s history?

      • KentPerry

How easily you forget the context of this treaty and that it was Jefferson who after reading the quran decided to send our Marines to Tripoli to wipe out the Muslims who were intent on installing their sharia law back then just as they are now.

The idea of a religiously neutral Government in a Christian Nation was a Christian idea.

Where you get this idea our laws are not under girded by Christian Judaic law you will have to argue with the Government about because they most certainly are. — US Congress, HR 104 Public Law 102-14

Then there is this quote:”There is no dissonance in these declarations. There is a universal language pervading them all, having one meaning. They affirm and reaffirm that this is a religious nation. These are not individual sayings, declarations of private persons. They are organic utterances. They speak the voice of the entire people. While, because of a general recognition of this truth, the question has seldom been presented to the courts, yet we find that in Updegraph v. Commonwealth, 11 S. & R. 394, 400, it was decided that

“Christianity, general Christianity, is, and always has been, a part of the common law of Pennsylvania; . . . not Christianity with an established church and tithes and spiritual courts, but Christianity with liberty of conscience to all men.”

And in the famous case of Vidal v. Girard’s Executors, 2 How. 127, 43 U. S. 198, this Court, while sustaining the will of Mr. Girard, with its provision for the creation of a college into which no minister should be permitted to enter, observed: “It is also said, and truly, that the Christian religion is a part of the common law of Pennsylvania.”

If we pass beyond these matters to a view of American life, as expressed by its laws, its business, its customs, and its society, we find every where a clear recognition of the same truth. Among other matters, note the following: the form of oath universally prevailing, concluding with an appeal to the Almighty; the custom of opening sessions of all deliberative bodies and most conventions with prayer; the prefatory words of all wills, “In the name of God, amen;” the laws respecting the observance of the Sabbath, with the general cessation of all secular business, and the closing of courts, legislatures, and other similar public assemblies on that day; the churches and church organizations which abound in every city, town, and hamlet; the multitude of charitable organizations existing every where under Christian auspices; the gigantic missionary associations, with general support, and aiming to establish Christian missions in every quarter of the globe. These, and many other matters which might be noticed, add a volume of unofficial declarations to the mass of organic utterances that this is a Christian nation.

        Page 143 U. S. 470

faith in God the Father, and in Jesus Christ His only Son, and in the Holy Ghost, one God, blessed for evermore, and I do acknowledge the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testament to be given by divine inspiration.”

Even the Constitution of the United States, which is supposed to have little touch upon the private life of the individual, contains in the First Amendment a declaration common to the constitutions of all the states, as follows: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,” etc., and also provides in Article I, Section 7, a provision common to many constitutions, that the executive shall have ten days (Sundays excepted) within which to determine whether he will approve or veto a bill.

There is no dissonance in these declarations.

Our Constitution is ABOVE that which man may think. The Laws in Spirit of Truth which is above that which man may think. The founders were very religious men. Read it. Know it and know the were of the best of men who depended upon Almighty God, and prayed often for guidance in the creation, the writing and in the leadership of this nation that was to become the United States of America. Those who do not know this has not been taught the Truth of History. Read Stolen History by Frantz Kebreau. He has a web site. As well read the Constitution.

        • Nick

Are you going to get your vengeful God to smite him?

How about you skip the Old Testament and go read what Jesus’ taught.

From your statement there, I assume you follow ALL the rules set forth in Deuteronomy 21-25? Or do you even know what they are?

For a crowd that uses “God gave us free will, that’s why he allows baby killings” as an argument all the time when people ask why He allows such things, most Bible thumpers sure are ignorant about what is actually contained in their precious book.

Ignore 99% of Bible, follow Jesus’ teachings ,THEN we can all get along. Until then, Westboro Baptist is the group that represents organized Christianity in this country. Hate mongers.

          • blackyb

As I said. Let it be kown: God is not mocked.

          • Belinda Duras

nah we won’t have to just by his mere disobedience he’s brought the curse on his own head. westboro Baptist does NOT represent God they are nothing but a cult and God spits them out of His Mouth

          • Nick

More ignorance. Go read Deuteronomy 21-25 and tell me that “God” as represented by the Bible is a great guy.

As I said before, Jesus’ teachings are wonderful, and if everyone lived by those moral codes (Whether or not they do it for religion, or because being nice to everyone is how people SHOULD act) then people would get a long a whole lot better on this planet.

Instead, a lot use “God” as an excuse for their hatred of anything not exactly like them. It’s hilarious really, as in Deuteronomy it says that a woman wearing pants is abomination. Or a cotton/polyester blend. And a man is supposed to kill his wife if he finds out she’s not a virgin when they married…and kill his kids if they disobey… But “God” in general is all loving, right?

If more people would ignore the Old Testament HATE that is commanded there, and followed Jesus’ preachings of love and acceptance, the world would be a much nicer place.

Of course, that’s assuming that other religions would be gone as well, but…organized religion is just one big cult. Spirituality itself isn’t. And belief in a higher power isn’t. It’s the man made organizations of spirituality that are tearing the world apart, across all religions historically (Except maybe Asian religions like Buddism, Taoism, etc). Organized religion cause WAY more grief than they are worth.

Anyway, this is WAY off topic and I apologize. I just don’t like when people drag “God” into everything, especially something as asinine as the mainstream media being owned by interest groups.

Educate yourselves, America! Don’t rely on public schooling and the TV to learn. That ignorance is the reason that we are being enslaved by these tyrannical morons in our government.

          • penguin_boy

Penguin boy is an old nickname. If you’re curious my real name is Doug Berry. Happy?

As for your epic rant, what the hell makes you think that marriage is an exclusively Christian thing? Are you you really so bloody ignorant as to not realize that marriage is found in every culture on Earth? It’s not yours. It belongs to the people.

I’ve been married for 22 years. My marriage has survived my constant health crises, good times, bad times, and game 6 of the 2002 World Series. We were married by a family friend who used a secular ceremony. The venue was the senior facility where my wife’s great-grandmother lived (we got the room for free and it made getting Nana to the ceremony much easier.) When my sister got married, the ceremony was performed by our older brother. He’s a Thelemic Mage and webmaster for the Ordo Templis Orientalis.

Marriage is a civil thing. Legally religion has no part in it.

We’re winning, you leave. Same sex marriage is expanding, and yes, people now see GLBT people as their family, friends, and coworkers. It is barely an issue anymore, except in the eyes of screaming, terrified bigots such as yourself.

I’m a veteran. Get out of the Land of the Free, the Home of the Brave. We have no room for haters like you.

This is the reason Rome fell, a bunch of hedonists got in charge who were not able to think past their bung holes. Everything they did branched out from either their or someone elses’ butts.

          • penguin_boy

Actually Rome fell for many reasons. Constantine moving the capital to Byzantium, over0dependence on Egyptian grain as Italian farms went fallow, Increasing fragmentation in Gaul… But the biggest cause was the Migration Age invasions. Wave after wave of barbarian nations coming out of Asia. The empire went broke buying the nations off with gold and land, and by the 5th century the Roman “army” was mostly tribesmen being paid to not loot cities. When the Ostogoths took Ravenna in 476 and deposed Romulus Augustus, Odoacer declared himself “King of Italy” because no one cared about the Roman Empire anymore.

I should note these events came in the decades *after* Constantine made Christianity the official state religion. The days of the hedonistic emperors were 250 years in the past when Rome fell.

          • Aaron Barnes

i dont have a problem with gays getting married but i do have a problem when gays forces churches to have their weeding in thiers

          • penguin_boy

OK, name one time that has happened. One documented case of an actual church being forced to perform a marriage for a gay couple.

Here’s a free hint: it has never happened. The law protects that sanctity of the churches. You can’t make any religious body perform any ritual for anyone.

Now, there have been cases where churches have rental halls and the like; and have been forced to rent to same-sex couples for receptions. This falls under the equal access laws, and once a church starts renting to the general public that building is subject to equal access.

          • Aaron Barnes

and that wrong the church has the right to rent to who every they want and not to rent it. just like a owner of a store or food place should have the right to refuse to serve anyone that want.

The “lunatic” religious are in “charge”. The crazy Muslims, the climate change, global warming imbeciles, the wacked atheists, the vile, depraved, perverted, Satanic Democrats,,,etc. This disaster is all about leaving the true God out of the picture!

        • blackyb

You people will likely be here when the Lord comes. All the signs are here. Watch the 4 Blood Moons videos with John Hagee. You will find it quite interesting and Bibical. Again: the signs are here (signals) from God Almighty in the sky that Jesus is returning VERY soon.

          • Angelgirl54

A suggestion…please reread the comment above yours. It sounds like he/she is on the side of us Christians…saying that the depraved are in charge.

          • blackyb

Well, I likely stuck that in the wong place, but it was, indeed meant to those who need to know.

          • Irish29204

blackyb, you claim to KNOW the second coming is near? You might want to look at your bible again & see what Jesus said. The second coming has been heralded as just around the corner for 2000+ years now, but I’m sure your right./sarc

          • Ian MacLeod

Hagee is a Dominionist. They are fanatics and VIOLENT> They advocate lying as necessary to gain high gov’t office, then using the power destroy “their enemies” – non-Dominionist Christians. They’re DANGEROUS. They advocate hiding their “Christianity” for that matter. Ledeen interprets the part in, I think Matthew, from the “turn the other cheek” speech that when Jesus says if a man takes your shirt, give him your robe/coat too, he’s saying to bribe the robber, get on his good side, and “,,,when you have him in your power, you may do with him as you wish.” Dominionism is a sickness, not a religion, and a lot of the people mentioned here, Hagee especially, are Dominionists.

        • Angelgirl54

And they are definitely all lunatics. Living in the dark in more ways than one! God bless

      • FreedomSpeaks

Christians are out and the Muslims are in… another few years and the public be-headings will begin. Oh boy. Yes, what a relief to get rid of those ‘religious lunatics’

        • helen

what an evil thing to say or wish on anyone!! I am Christian but I wouldn’t wish it on Jews, Catholics, muslims,or atheists….or anyone else. Is the word. ‘tolerance’ not in your vocabulary??Times are tough in America now, we need to be supporting each other, not tearing one another down…I just don’t ‘get’ where all the ‘hatred’ comes from…….Peace to you…

          • fenix1

It is NOT “Islamaphobia” when they really DO want to kill you! There ARE those right here in our own Country that are preaching “jihad” this very minute! Do not be deceived. Muslims here have no intention of assimilating to our values but have every intention of trying to change America into a Sharia compliant Nation with all the Intolerance and Abhorrent behavior that goes with it! The head of CAIR himself has even said so…this IS a fact!

          • blackyb

And I suppose you are saying Muslims are not “religious lunitics?” Hope you find you a big enough basket for your head to be put in when it is lobbed off by jihadists.

          • FreedomSpeaks

It was sarcasm Helen. If you haven’t been paying attention God is being removed at every turn while Islam is on the rise. Florida textbooks are indoctrinating children on the ‘religion of peace’. You know, the one that rapes, tortures and slaughters anyone that won’t bow to their pedophile moon god. Seriously, you need to wake up and look at the Beast of prophecy, Islam. The left is demonizing the God of Israel, Jehovah while praising the religion of the anti-Christ. America is on the decline spiritually.. The only hatred I have is watching what is being done to America and the support Satans’ religion, Islam is receiving. Jesus will return and if you read your Bible, you know that all the countries Jesus will destroy are Muslim

          • Talltrees

Helen, you really do need to read up on Islam. It is not the peaceful religion they say.
God expects us to fight for Christianity and he will help us. Islam is devil worship. All Muslims who follow the Koran are instructed to take over the world and they have made significant inroads in our country. Don’t you see them murdering Christians in other countries. They will not tolerate them here, either.

        • blackyb

Your soul is in danger of hell fire. Do no mock God or his people.

          • FreedomSpeaks

If you want to stand with the Muslims along with your muslim pResident, that is your choice, I for one will be defending my family against your evil cult.

      • howdotheyknow

YES this is true , and it really sucks that if obama stays in office until 2016 america will be unrecognizable . The country formerly known as THE USA will have more in common with all them other great countries such cuba and chilli , brazil , Venezuela etc etc etc .. so ” Its amazing that we survived barrack and moochelle obamas reign of illegal tyranny ” will probably not be something most americans will be able to say . Dont matter anyways hav’nt you heard AMERICA is now a MUSLIM country , according to some islamadog that works with HOMELAND SECURITY .

      • blackyb

You will not be so thankful when you are cast into and eternal hell, my man.

    • ICBM904

God didn’t have to do a whole lot of watching. Only 30 people or so. Probably had one of his angels keep an eye on things.

      • blackyb

What a sweet sounding thing to say.

  • BostonTea101st

Are there any like… pictures from the event or anything? I know the MSM is ignoring it, but it would be great if any of the people from the 40 groups had a camera to show how big a crowd they’re ignoring. It’s a lot more egregious to ignore a million people than a dozen.

    • exboyracer

There are so many people that there gravitational force is preventing radio signals from leaving the area of the gathering.

      • ICBM904

I think all the tin foil hats are probably creating some interference as well.

    • jimpower

      “A million people”?

      • jb_n_atl

little, tiny teeny-weeny little people. You have to squint your eyes to see all of them. But there’s at least of million of them, trust me, cause Larry “the molester” Klanman said so.

      • penguin_boy

Well, if we count the voices in the various heads, we may well reach a million.

        • Karla Moseley

get off the kool-aid penguin_boy. Your (and yes it is the correct usage) ignorance is showing.

          • penguin_boy

You can stop trying to insult me, because, frankly, you’re really bad at it.

What ignorance? Larry Klayman announced that today “millions” of Americans would clog Washington D.C.and force President Obama to resign along with anyone else Klayman doesn’t like. In reality, less than one hundred were there, about thirty of whom we speakers for the event.

Klayman is a lunatic fool with delusions of adequacy. This latest exhibition of right-wing stupidity is getting the rousing chorus of raspberries it deserves.

Congratulations on getting 5th grade grammar right. Maybe next we can move on the basic civics and the definition of sedition?

          • blackyb

            Have you counted angels unseen?

        • Kevin Michael Shelton

Having read the entire conversation thus far, I must confess my need to plagiarize this comment “…if we count the voices in various heads…” PRICELESS!

      • James

        999,900 of them are ninjas.

        • ICBM904

No wonder we couldn’t see them.

    • Kathy Brown

I posted this link all over random news stations in hopes that one of them would have the balls to give this event some coverage. Everyone should do the same. Maybe if enough viewers posted this link on their sites it would actually get news coverage…..Who knows? I’m sure there will be pictures and home videos from the event. I only wish I could have attended. :/

      • flakingnapstich

Given the power of FOX “News” I doubt an event that casts the Teabaggers as this big a failure is going to get much coverage outside a few liberal outlets pointing and laughing.

        http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/larry-klayman-rally-overthrow-obama-draws-slightly-fewer-millions-expected

        • blackyb

God said: Where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I will be also. LET IT BE KNOWN: God is not mocked.

          • fenix1

            Excellent Point!

          • Criximar

I thought God was supposed to be everywhere and anywhere? If no people gather in his name, then is there no god floating around there? That’s what gods words, as written by random priest seem to suggest

          • blackyb

You must have God mied up with Casper the Friendly Ghost cartoons. God does not float around like Casper and stay where there is sin. He through prayers of others for you or maybe somene in your group, will send someone who is saved to get the Word to you. If people are where there is a God supported cause is being held for a Godly reason, He will be there in Spirit. His Spirit is within those who are saved through Jesus Christ his son. What Jesus left when he ascended is His Spirit to aid in comfort and strength. Once a person receives this through Salvation, they have a knowlege that the unsaved do not have. They have like minds because this Spirit is leading them in like manner. Their ability to discern good from evil is heightened and they have protection. Like gangs, it is safer to hang with your own kind because of the influences of either good or evil.

      • ICBM904

You think they should cover every gathering of 30 people? With all the family reunions and Lions Club meetings on the news, when would we get the real stuff?

        • Kathy Brown

It says there are 40 groups, not 30 people. And how would you know how many people are in those 40 groups when they get zero coverage? What’s the real stuff? Miley Cyrus twerking?

          • Patricia Diane Jamison

You are right, and right now no one knows what actually happened today, and time will tell.

          • Talltrees

There were over 200 people plus speakers.

      • Talltrees

There is another event on November 29. We need to spread it around.

        • Kathy Brown

Can you post a link here? I will spread the word in my groups and to my friends. :)

        • Irish29204

Maybe if you try really hard you could get 300 people.

          • Talltrees

Don’t concern yourself too much with the low numbers. All movements start out slowly growing over time. It takes time to reach everyone considering our controlled Marsixt media blocking anything that threatens them.

    • flakingnapstich

The MSM is ignoring it because the turnout was pretty embarrassing:

      http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/larry-klayman-rally-overthrow-obama-draws-slightly-fewer-millions-expected

Frankly, ignoring the fizzle is doing the Teabaggers a favor.

      • BostonTea101st

I think the proper terminology for that crowd is “room to grow”.

Plus, they probably used liberal angles.

        • flakingnapstich

If they shed the overt racists they might stand a better chance of being taken seriously. The Teabaggers currently have too many tinfoil hat nutters wailing about Kenyan-Born Secret Muslims(tm) to be seen as anything but an embarrassment to moderates and moderate leaning conservatives.

          • ICBM904

But there are enough Tea Wees to outvote any rational conservatives in any primary, so the Tea Wees control the party. You can’t stand against them or take any sane or rational act or you’ll get primaried.

        • http://www.facebook.com/chuck.anziulewicz PolishBear

I’ve heard that the “TEA” in Tea Party allegedly stands for “Taxed Enough Already.” And if the Tea Party stayed focused on economic issues, they might be better respected and more successful. Instead, they keep going off the rails into things like abortion, Gay marriage, and accusing the President of being a stealth-Muslim who was born in Kenya. What do you expect?

          • ICBM904

Many of the early Tea Party proponents wanted to keep it totally focused on economics, but the ‘Gelicals horned their way in and pretty much took over.

        • dbushik

Yeah, reality and it’s darn liberal bias strikes again! Drat!

    • ICBM904

Maybe Fox will be nice enough to fake a picture of a big crowd. I mean, they did it for the Tea Party.
Or maybe this group’s too wacko for Fox.

  • 19451951

Seven score and ten years ago Abe Lincoln gave a brief but eloquent speech in defense of true democracy ” by the people and for the people”, ….and our current DC cliques including Congress, the WH, and SCOTUS, all influenced if not controlled by lobbyists of our mega greed driven upper crust and profit driven mega corporations, have corrupted or violated Lincoln’s fundamental principles. I wish Larry Klayman success in his Reclaimingamericanow campaign in extending his WS Occupy efforts to our evil DC plutocracy.

    • mhgoats1

I would say that most of us here know what a “score” is, I am sure you could ask most Dems in Congress and Obama and none of them would know.

  • exboyracer

MSM must mean the non wackadoodle press

  • mhgoats1

How many will be arrested, or harassed by the NSA, IRS, EPA, FBI, FDA, TSA, because of this? Hopefully the Second War for Independance will be peaceful, but with this administration, and those backing it, I fearfully do not think so.

    • sigh….

None will be arrested because no one cares what 100 nut jobs think.

    • Tom Duritsky

War will NOT be peaceful at all, they don’t understand peace…Only they understand is WAR !!!!!!!!

    • http://www.facebook.com/chuck.anziulewicz PolishBear

      DEAR MHGOATS1:

I’m confident that the NSA, IRS, EPA, FBI, FDA, and TSA won’t really bother with such a small, pathetic group.

      • penguin_boy

I don’t think the Park Police are even bothering with them.

        • ICBM904

Last I heard, the farmed it out to a den of Cub Scouts.

    • Raiann

I wont be as nice as the others. Go check your self in to a mental hospital. Your craziness is showing, so it is time for your meds. Wow the lunatics really do attract other lunatics

  • http://www.facebook.com/chuck.anziulewicz PolishBear

    Wow. What a mob.

  • Joan Lajoie

So proud that there are American Citizens that still stand up for our rights. Praying that my grandchildren are still able in their lifetimes to enjoy the United States and the freedoms that I have enjoyed.

  • Irish29204

Funny, but Fox is also avoiding this story like the plague. Maybe because there isn’t anybody there.

    • http://www.facebook.com/chuck.anziulewicz PolishBear

TV crews are probably doing the participants in this rally a kindness by NOT reporting on it. Judging from photos I’ve seen popping up here and there, to call the turnout embarrassing would be an understatement.

      • Talltrees

The media didn’t report on 1.2 million bikers who went to DC, some from Hawaii, Alaska, and yes Canada. Whenever Whites do something this huge, it is ignored; however, 20 Muslims in DC occupy the news.

Mr. PolishBear, evidently, you are happy that our current government is against everything our Founding Fathers wanted. You appear to be of the age when wisdom sets in.

    • jb_n_atl

They can’t even get a headline on WND, short of the press release they sent out. Now that’s saying something

    • flakingnapstich

It fizzled out rather embarrassingly. It looks like the scheduled speakers and whoever was traveling with them arrived, and that’s about it. “Rush’s Bake Sale” it was not.

    • Doug

Doesn’t matter how many were there as long as it was peaceful and organized.

  • flakingnapstich

40 groups were represented by about 100 attendees.

    http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/larry-klayman-rally-overthrow-obama-draws-slightly-fewer-millions-expected

I got a better turnout when I e-mailed my friends list for help tearing down the old kitchen when I moved into a new house.

    • jb_n_atl

yeah, but you probably offered pizza and beer ;-)

    • dbushik

Pizza and beer draws much better than crazy, lies, and hate.
