Hilarious video of NYPD trying to stop skateboarders goes viral

I’m not a big fan of skateboarding in general, never mind on the streets of New York, but this is a funny and epic fail. In a yearly event called The Broadway Bomb, thousands of skateboarders shoot down eight miles of Manhattan streets. The authorities are not amused.

Watch military kids stop playing, snap to attention out of respect

Amazing video: What you see right before a tank blasts you

get the dates on this event Tommy and I have to do it very cool and funny

  • Neena Lane

Lolz.. It looks like they may be better suited at harassing old veterans for their Fuhrer…

    • Just me

Its amazing. When they are doing something you like (like saving your worthless life) they are Heroes… doing something you don’t like… VILIFY THEM!
MOST officers I know dislike Obama and this administration than your average citizen does, and usually has more reason…. so why don’t you keep your conspiracy nutjob stuff to the posts on infowars, and go put up a ron paul poster somewhere?

      • CEDUPZ

In 59 years never needed any, no life saving NOTHING. if you are involved with cops, you are doing something WRONG! Change you ways and you will have no need or dealing with them. are you nuts?

        • Joshua Lakey Hinson

I have to deal with the cops on a daily basis simply for creating art in public. https://www.facebook.com/notes/lakey/street-art-got-me-my-first-ticket/755543577806073

You really need to contact Robert Lederman, he’s trying to organize a Supreme Court case to protect Artists.

He’s asked for people like you to send him your stories so he can show the judges that the war on Artists is Country wide, and doesn’t merely exist in New York.

            https://www.facebook.com/robert.lederman.94?fref=browse_search

        • Pablo Arias Máiz

Well, you see, actually cops are generally there to HELP. You get lost? they can and will help. You are being attacked? They will help. Someone just stole your skateboard? They will help! You see, there is something magic about them that, even if you show some degree of disrespect, they have a sense of duty and will help. Show some respect, and be grateful you have such police (come on, go live in Mexico, you’ll love the police there dudes!)

          • Sean West

this does not happen in baltim
ore yo must be from the upper crust since they help you so much

          • Joseph Slabaugh

            nope.

          • Brady2600

They provide that help at an inflated rate beyond the actual cost of
that help as government always comes with massive overhead. Central
planning always ignores “the economic knowledge problem”. google it.

Love it or leave it is ignorance of the true history and the nature of government. It is based on a mythology of a social contract theory that is invalid and never occured. You can’t claim true legimacy of a constitution based on stolen lands, and they were all stolen at some point. Just because people fall within the arbitrary bounds of a supposed territory claimed by a geographical psuedo monopoly on the use of foce claimed by government doesn’t mean we are automatically its slaves, or are obligated to move to some other plantation. To be human is to be innately free by ones own nature wherever you are, regardless of the threat to ones liberty by those that treat them as property rather than people.

            Seems alot like you’ve
never had the experience of new york cop shouting you down and
threatening you for dareing to ask directions. Sorry man, I would rather
see that institution replaced entirely by competing security forces, at
least that way I could vote with my pocketbook rather than see them get
paid vacation after they commit heinious crimes.

Someone stole your skateboard? file a report and never see it again. Someone assult you? Call them and wait an hour for them to come write down what happened and then leave. When seconds count, police are just minutes away. This is an economically regulated reality that people just don’t want to face, and persistently want to tell themselves isn’t causing the same kind of chaos that we are supposed to fear in a world without them. There are better solutions in a free society.

      • Shaden17

there is a difference between protecting and serving and harassing and brutalizing your own population because the corporate overlords demand it. When police officers do their duty I applaud them, but when they do evil I deplore them.

        • CEDUPZ

One good apple doesn’t remove the ROT from the rest of the barrel. Officer FRIENDLY was taken to an island to be REPROGRAMED!

        • Brady2600

corporations are literal constructs directly created via contracts created by government. Take care when depicting corporations, as there is a commmon misconception of their nature. Corporations power in the marketplace is not based on wealth exclusivly derived from volentary relationships, but from their ability to use government to manipulate markets into their favor.

Without the tools government provides them, they lack any unique way to compell people to purchase from them aside direct competition though the providing of services and goods. ‘Corporate overlords’ have no real power without the ability to lobby government to rig the system. It is not buisness or even capitalism that is the problem, but the ability to change the monopoly board and rules itself to make the players gravitate tword owing them money.

      • lildebrarae

Right now you sound like a sniveling baby crying over his side of the play pen!

Why don’t you grow up …and get a sense of humor!?

      • jarenolds

I’m not sure how it would have anything to do with liking or disliking Obama. I’m not sure he has a whole lot to do with the NYPD. That would be more Bloomberg. And it wasn’t any different under Guiliani.

        • Brady2600

          statists of a feather..

what is particularly interesting is the almost complete lack of zesto in their persuit. Yes, we pay for them to go out there.. but any sizeable result of enforcement is clearly not on the table. It appears more like they are just going through the motions, which is even more sad.

The broader landscape is even more so like this, as if we had 100 percent enforcement of all of our federal laws, there would literally be no americans not in jail. The average american commits two felonies per day, by the way. Although we have the largest proportion of citizens in jail, all the wars against everything the government engages are still just on an ongoing torture at a snails pace. I think on some level they all know it, but slog though it anyway because they are concerned about the paycheck at the end of the week. How much is that going to help when their pensions collapse? The big picture will still be these same sluggish responses. I’m no pure randian, but none the less, Atlas will shrug and the trains will stop. If it wern’t so epically tragic, we could all enjoy the humor of it more, but its deep, dark humor given the reality.

      • Brady2600

alot of people are falsely under the impression that the current generation is outliving the previous by 30+ years. This is only true on the surface until one accounts for the drastic changes in child mortality in the last century. We have only actually gained 3-4 years tops on average in lifespan when you discount child mortality over the last 100 years. People are so often told this without the background info that the majority of people actually believe that we are living dramatically longer than we actually are! It is in fact a very persistent myth based on partial information.

  • Karen Morey Ennis

wouldn’t it just be easier and safer to stop traffic and let the skateboards just have the street for like an hour or so and then be done with it.

    • CEDUPZ

They do for all kinds of other nonsense, like Macy’s Parade, PUErto Rican parade, Gay parade, why not skateboard day….

      • FaqUrug

because those other parades lawfully apply for the appropriate permits.

        • CEDUPZ

Yes get approval!!! Make sure everything you do is APPROVED. now go march instep. OBEY! And look at the pile of CRAP leftover after those Parades with Permits, these clowns didn’t make a mess, like an APPROVED Puertorican day parade!! Or Gay something parades.

          • truthistreason

Constitution is permit enough i would think.

          • FaqUrug

Don’t be angry just because you don’t understand, or are too lazy to look up *why* permits are needed for large gatherings… Hint: it has to do with freedom.. and the fact that large unchecked gatherings have impeded the freedoms of those wishing NOT to participate…

          • CEDUPZ

March on in an ORDERLY fashion! It’s all for your benefit and safety…….No TALKING in LINE! Guess what genius, when they have any parades in NYC it cripples the city, and does affect everyone, unwilling or not. And with PERMITS. you big uninformed dope. Permit do nothing except take money for something. Now go pay a fee to think.

          • FaqUrug

I don’t understand how someone so illiterate can be so angry. Channel some of that energy towards improving yourself… There is much to do.

          • lildebrarae

I don’t understand how someone so insistent that the skate boarders never applied for a permit in the first place; is seemingly incapable of navigating a website to post a link to prove your BULL CRAP!

          • lildebrarae

Again where is your PROOF that those skate boarders NEVER applied for the permit in the first place?

Too bad YOU are too lazy to find that proof, and are just spouting off a bunch of BULL CRAP without one shred of proof!

          • FaqUrug

calm down with the caps – makes you look 12.

          • lildebrarae

And the bull crap you posted makes you look like you’re two.

So much for your input, you pathetic little boy!

          • Pablo Arias Máiz

Dude, like it or not we live in society, and we need to organize to share the streets (hence those permits).
Sounds like you are very upset to have puertoricans, gays and macy’s employees parade. So rejoice, you can organize your very own parade to protest! It’s not a matter of rights, it’s a matter of public order, in this case, making sure no car rides over a skater for instance. And I see many people protest about police.. hell yeah! I would like to see you living somewhere where there isn’t a police force as honest and accountable as police is in the US.

          • CEDUPZ

Ban ALL parades, and all religions, watch how much more peaceful the world becomes. What useful purpose does a PARADE perform, other than create havoc in a major metropolitan city.?

          • Pablo Arias Máiz

Yeah, whatever dude. Enjoy your saturday. Go out and enjoy nature.

And where is your ‘proof’ that these skate boarders didn’t apply for (but were denied) that permit?

          • FaqUrug

Where’s your proof that they did? lol stfu neckbeard.

          • lildebrarae

Again, you spouted a bunch of bull without one shred of proof.]

Now you’re asking me to do ‘your work’ for you …because you are either too lazy, or incapable of navigating a web site.

            ‘lol stfu neck beard’

Another personal attack, because you are incapable of civil discourse.

No wonder no one gives credence to the bull crap you espouse!

            So much for ‘your’ input.

          • Pablo Arias Máiz

Yo may be very proud of yourself, but after reading all of the thread I would advise you to chill out. You have been the first one to launch personal attacks. People’s oppinions differ from yours? DEAL WITH IT It just happens, dude.

          • lildebrarae

Calling it a personal attack for showing how the poster he never gave proof the skaters didn’t ask for a permit ……than calling him out for his personal attacks …… is the ‘first’ personal attack.

Your post has just been exposed as a lie ……

            So much for ‘you’.

            “Deal with it, DUDE.”

          • Pablo Arias Máiz

Well, it’s you who said with no provocation things like “seemingly incapable of navigating a website to post a link to prove your BULL CRAP!”…”Too bad YOU are too lazy to find that proof”…”you pathetic little boy”… It’s all up there. Hey look! I GOT PROOF!

          • Pablo Arias Máiz

Ah, by the way, it would be much easier for you to prove that such permit was asked, because those things leave a record (not asking leaves no record). Are you capable of posting a link that says the permit was denied and the reasons for the denial? Not that I care…

          • lildebrarae

Hey YOU said “You have been the first one to launch a personal attack”

            http://abcnews.go.com/Health/amelia-rivera-mentally-disabled-denied-kidney-transplant-childrens/story?id=15378575

Here is the FIRST attack that I responded to.

Or do you think that calling someone ILLITERATE simply because they post something that the other poster didn’t like……. is NOT a personal attack…

            http://abcnews.go.com/Health/amelia-rivera-mentally-disabled-denied-kidney-transplant-childrens/story?id=15378575

“I don’t understand how someone so ILLITERATE can be so angry.”

            “SEE I GOT PROOF”

            Yes “I” do. (unlike you)

Too bad you didn’t READ all of the exchanges that you ‘said’ you did.

Does ‘that’ make sense to you? Somehow I doubt it.

          • lildebrarae

Still waiting for Pablo Arias Maiz’s next ‘reply’ or should I say “LIE”?

          • Pablo Arias Máiz

Sorry, was reading the whole story of that link… pretty sad! Hope you didn’t log too much for my words. I see you like seeing them coming! Thanks dude!

          • Nico Martinez

i think you just lost a debate nerd.

          • Pablo Arias Máiz

From what I recall he was calling “illiterate” someone else, not you. So, your proof is a bit shabby.

You seem to feel provoked easily, don’t go that way and you’ll live longer and happier.

Also, I find it very sad that poor girl of your link was denied a transplant, but it’s a bit off-topic. However, in case you like going off-topic, I have those links too!

i have no input i’m simply here to make fun of you because you are an idiot.

        • Brady2600

lawfully in terms of interpretations of the law that ignore previous history in regards to the highest law of the land. The truth is that reinterpretation and selective enforcement is the current state of law. Our system was dirived from common law tradition, yet i doubt you can present a victim here. These kinds of contentions of permits for protest are actually reflections of the lawlessness of our society. We’ve long lived in an effective anarchy, as many bodies of our law are in discord with themselves. Its just systemically ignored, for so long its forgotten. They have been ignoring their own rules for over a hundred years while pointing at their lesser laws in the name of social order. The only real law there is is that if you f with them, they will f with you, so watch out for the mafia bro, cause thats what it is. They will beat you and rob you if you push them enough like any other gang, except unlike a normal gang, some within this gang has an expectation that not only should they be able to change your will in action, but also change the very way you see the world. Its the most sophisticated and pernitious incarnation of slavery that has ever existed. Permits for innate rights are bars to a cage you cannot see.

  • Lorraine Stuart

I think this is the dumbest thing. They are trying to keep these kids from getting killed. I don’t see one thing funny about this. It is dangerous, stupid, immature. And if a car hit one of them who would be at fault?

    • eltiare

The skateboarder will probably be at fault. You can’t keep people from making dumb decisions, and this only proves it.

      • Mark 2112

exactly….look at how many people STILL believe in what Obama says. now that is the epitome of dumb

        • lildebrarae

From the looks of your ‘dislikes’ …the count is ‘three’ >:-)

      • Atrain

Actually the skate boarders liberal parents would sue the police department and be rewarded millions. The new America.

        • Nico Martinez

Skateboarders love Obama! got to give those kids a bible instead!

      • Lorraine Stuart

        LOL… you are right

    • Margie

Do you have children? Do they climb trees and jump from the roof and play with matches and set bread on fire in the toaster ’cause they put it on the dark setting? Either you don’t have kids, you don’t let them live, or your kids are great at hiding things from you. All kids do things they don’t tell their parents and If you never did anything dangerous, either you are lying or were ultra protected yourself. And it is VERY hilarious!

      • Lorraine Stuart

You have a sick sense of humor. I grew up in Miami and was out all the time, but God gave me sense to know what is right and wrong. There is a difference between burning toast and playing chicken in traffic on a skateboard. They could have caused a accident where someone was killed. The skate boarders put peoples lives in danger. That was the whole problem.

        • Your Face

I think the cops were actually a bigger risk to an accident than the skateboarders. They were standing in the middle of the street like idiots. Your whole God argument also has no relevance to this post, so keep your religion to yourself.

          • cheyenne

freedom of speech, and right to practice religion, so shove that up your anus, and keep it to YOURSELF. i agree with Lorraine Stuart, some people are blessed with common sense and others cursed with stupidity.

          • Your Face

These skaters obviously do this event as a statement, and it was a good video. Not every skateboarder is ‘cursed with stupidity’, or godless. They might be making riskier choices than this lady, but when one refers to God as the reason for everything you don’t decide to do, it is silly. And sure as heck sounds like preaching to me. I believe in freedom of religion and ‘freedom to keep religion to one-self’, and not push it on people.

          • Lorraine Stuart

And do not push tell people what they can say and not say. If you don’t like it don’t read it. That is what i do with the Atheist, i ignore them.

          • Matt Ramiller

I’m a Christian and a skateboarder. Street skating is one of the funnest things and part of my job as a sponsored skater. I take calculated risks and am also respectable to other pedestrians. I know you probably don’t understand but thats ok. It also doesn’t mean we don’t have any sense or that God doesn’t like things that you think are to dangerous…I can see your point of getting in the way of others but most skaters keep an eye out for whats around them. There are exemptions just as theres bad drivers there are skaters that give skating a bad name too…I say let kids skate even if they get hurt it can make them tougher and is a lot better than playing video games all day.

          • Lorraine Stuart

that is why they made skateboard tracks, to keep it safe. But then again professional skateboarders use them. this has no business on the sidewalks or playing in traffic. If there is no track, start one.

          • lildebrarae

I understand the point you’re trying to make. But in this case, I respectfully disagree with you.

          • Lorraine Stuart

That is ok you can disagree doesn’t mean you are right.

          • lildebrarae

IT doesn’t mean you’re right either.

          • Bammajamma Nondeplumeron

Skateboard “track”? You are dumber than a brick, pray to your god for firing neurons.

Amazing how free speech is something you’re for unless it goes against you.
This woman wasn’t preaching at you, or trying to convert you. She used the word God. You’re a bigoted @rsehole and should be ashamed of yourself.

          • Your Face

great job of automatically assuming I hate all religious people. This is a skateboard video, not a religious blog. You have proved my point that overly religious people are the true @rseholes and not me. Oh and yes I am so ashamed. Boo hoo.

          • Just me

and again… you assume I’m overly religious. I was just pointing out that your post made you look like a bigoted @rsehole… you’re second one does too.

          • GUEST

I love how you turned this whole thread into a big argument. Probably a home body with nothing else to do and also I would love to watch you try and go into a school and say God as much as you like. That would be priceless. Also if one of those kids was going to get hit it would be from the police obstruction more than likely did you notice how they forced a mother and her stroller around the net and into traffic. Common sense isn’t something “god blessed you with” its something your ignorantly bestowed on yourself.

          • Guest2

I was going to type some stuff about you, but you’re a mess, and so are a lot of the people commenting on this stuff. However, using God in an argument with someone who doesn’t believe in God is silly. Also, the things people are blasting you with for defending your American God pride is also silly. This whole comment chain is silly. People please, stop being a bunch of rambling ignorant shitheads throwing around a bunch of arguments that seriously don’t matter. Also, Lorraine, whining online to a bunch of people who don’t care is stupid and a waste of your time. Go picket over in NYC if this bothers you so much, or just stop typing and do not watch the video.

Don’t bring your superstition into this, we’re talking about real life and you’re trying to bring your imaginary friend into the picture.

FYI MORON PEDESTRIANS HAVE THE RIGHT AWAY

      • Sally

Right-of-way, dear. Did you graduate high school?

      • FaqUrug

It’s a myth that pedestrians always have the right-of-way. Within city limits, pedestrians only have the right-of-way in a crosswalk, and when crossing with their lights. Skateboards are not classed a vehicle, the way bikes are, and as such have no right of way while traveling in the street, the wrong way against traffic.

        • nostro

um, part of pedestrians having the right of way is because they can get hit and easily KILLED .. LOL and hitting someone with a car can warrant manslaughter charges!

          • FaqUrug

That’s *exactly* why pedestrians have designated places and times to cross
intersections, and why we don’t have jogging paths in the HOV lanes on
highways, lol. As to manslaughter – you’ve been watching too many crime
dramas. If someone dies because of something you’ve done – it’s
manslaughter. Always. Whether or not you’ll be formally charged or
jailed comes down to circumstances. If accidental – was it negligence?
With pedestrians – if there was no reasonable expectation to find them
in the roadway at that time, or no reasonable ability to avoid it (ie:
the negligence was on the part of the pedestrian) – then you’re clear.
This still doesn’t change the fact that it’s complete and utter MYTH
that “pedestrians always have the right-of-way” – because they do not. Please notice this is not the same as saying “they are always wrong” – simply that they do not always have the right-of-way and anyone who thinks they know better can feel free to look up the metric crap ton of case law supporting
            this.

      • Just me

When calling someone a Moron… Make sure you’re not making yourself look stupid in the process. And please learn what the world Pedestrian means… and the applicable state laws before coming online and showing how poor the education system has treated you.

      • Lorraine Stuart

Skateboarding is not a Pedestrian…. A Pedestrian is walking not riding a skateboard. Sorry you didn’t know the difference.

        • CEDUPZ

What about in a WHEEL Chair? Not walking, yet on wheels, but people powered? I am all FLUMMOXED…AND they get SPECIAL access with cut outs in the curbs!! not FAIR! I have to WALK down the curb!

          • Lorraine Stuart

            These kids are not disabled

          • CEDUPZ

Thus then need to be hit by a car or two. THEN the wheelchair parades commence…and if you deny that you are in violation of the ADA RULEZ! Why, if I am SITTING on 4 wheels, I get special access, curbs lowered etc. If I STAND on 4 wheels and a board, I am lambasted and denied ACCESS! Very confusing, ain’t it?

          • Lorraine Stuart

You know what? You are to immature and a idiot to waste my time on. You are a child, go to school.

        • Robert

Woman get off your high horse. and whose life were these people putting in danger other than their own… and I might add no more than some one riding a bike. notice many of them had on safety gear also. so Lorraine I assume you have NEVER ridden a bike in any street, or ridden one without a helmet? You have ALWAYS crossed at the cross walk, never crossed a street even if the nearest crosswalk was 1/4 mile? you may not agree with it is how it is. time to shut your ignorant yap.

          • Lorraine Stuart

I never was so stupid to break the law or put someone else or myself in danger. These kids are old enough to know the difference. You are a very rude and obnoxious person. You are really stupid as this is a opinion site and one thing for sure i don’t have to quite talking only when i want to and i pick the people i don’t want to and guess what. You fall into the ignorant catagory.

          • Robert

You never broke the law, you never sped in your car, never jay walked, Always stopped at the stop sign in a residential area on your bicycle? really? Im sorry I call BS. and who besides themselves did they put in danger? So you have been little miss perfect your entire life? and lady you don’t know the first thing about me to be calling me stupid. Where do you get off thinking you are better than every one else. OHHHH I get it this is the only social life you have because you live in a protective bubble is that it? By the Way you said they were not pedestrians because they were not walking? well try again “A pedestrian is a person traveling on foot, whether walking or running. Those traveling using tiny wheels such as roller skates, skateboards, and scooters, as well as wheelchair users[1] are also included as pedestrians. In modern times, the term mostly refers to someone walking on a road or sidewalk, but this was not the case historically.” So get your facts right before calling some one else stupid lady.

man, i think you need to re-read your bible and follow them rules

    • Johnny Kayoss

I agree, those cops with their little fence are pretty dumb. It is dangerous for them to be running around randomly in traffic, quite stupid for them to think that they will be able to stop people from skateboarding, and immature to be more concerned with such things than catching real criminals who walk around freely in the NYSE and on Wall Street.
If a car hit one of the cops, it would obviously be the cop’s fault for standing out in the street like a moron.

      • Just me

        Please Define Criminal.
These kids are riding skateboards down the middle of a busy street. This is illegal. This makes the skateboarders criminals. Police work is like hunting, you go where you know the criminals are.
I’m also sure they received complaints abound and that’s why they were there, trying to divert the kids onto a side street. Those on the NYSE and on Wall Street are not criminals. They might do something you disagree with, but when they break the law, they are caught as well. Just because you have a problem with Capitalism, does not make it illegal.
Be the solution, not the problem.

        • Your Face

How about you be the solution and go stand in the street with the cops? What is worse – standing in the street like an idiot or skating in the street? It is a waste of taxpayer money and they’re just doing it to look tough. Please. Save us your chest-thumping act.

          • Lorraine Stuart

If the police did not do it and someone was killed, then the question would be “why didn’t the police do anything to stop this” It is not a waste of taxpayer money to someone from getting hurt like the skate boarders, one could have been killed and then again the police would be sued.

          • guests

the police actually increased the chance of accident right there by causing, cars, bicycle, pedestrians, even a mom with her child to cross randomly and in chaos in the streets….. get real oldie

    • Lindsey

Well technically they are considered pedestrians so the car that hit them would be. Same with bike riders.

    • Parvan

Your nanny state mentality terrible. It would be more effective to put your energy into protecting kids from real problems like heavy metals in the water or bpa in canned food. Breaking a limb is easily fixed. Sending law enforcement “for the children” will only encourage more children to do it. It’s a part of growing up and learning. Besides, they aren’t even your kids, what do you care? I interpret your comments as masqueraded anger with having no fun as a teenager.

      • Sally

Obviously, you have never suffered a broken limb. And besides that, it might not be the skateboarder’s limb, but someone else’s. Let’s use a little common sense here!

        • Parvan

          @Sally – I’m a licensed skydiver. USPA# A58586 I’ve broken a
hand and just broke two fingers a few months ago. I also have osteoporosis from
medication due to Crohn’s disease. Don’t lecture people about what they have or haven’t experienced. Have you heard the saying about
          assumptions?

      • Just me

Your conspiracy state mentality (is) terrible.
It would be more effective for you to stay off infowars.com and realize that BPA isnt used hardly at all in plastics anymore. Then buy an ionizing filter for your home to get the metals out. (Neither of these things are criminal btw, so are outside of the pervue of the police… to which this video is about). Sending ‘Enforcement for the Children’ to prevent them from doing something stupid and dangerous will, at a minimum, slow them down and hopefully save a few lives. The reason we care is not because a kid is skateboarding, it’s because they are breaking the law and creating a danger to themselves and others in the process. How would a woman feel for the rest of her life if she ran over one of these delinquants and killed them? Then she would suffer the rest of her life. THINK ABOUT OTHERS AND THEIR LIVES is a concept I would hope people would learn by the time they are in their teens.
I interpret your comment as juvenile, selfish, and not very well thought out.

        • Parvan

I love how much you assume based off a random post on the internet. Does it stroke your self worth?

          • Parvan

Maybe you should go talk to the kids instead of wishing police do to the dirty work for you. If you really care and all…

      • Your Face

      • Lorraine Stuart

Now you are really a sick person, they are not my children so why do i care? Shame on you. My state is doing wonderful, we have a great Governor and as put people back to work. We are not a nanny state. We have very low pollution. And for your infor, i am productive. I trained canines for the disabled and grown food for the neighbors and myself. You are part of the problem and not the solution. Get a life. And you know nothing about children.

        • Parvan

Oh so mature you are – “You’re a sick person” “Shame on you” “You’re a part of the problem” “get a life”… That cracks me up. Are you 12? Does that work on people in real life? Whatever makes you feel better I guess.

    • CEDUPZ

      IT’S FUNNY….you are just weird.

      • Lorraine Stuart

It is called intelligence and common sense. Look it up , it is obvious you need some.

    • CEDUPZ

Who would be at fault…let’s think…two moving objects….we need More information…Speed direction, azimuth, and GPS coordinates of both…and we need MONK.

      • Lorraine Stuart

Well, just think about it. Either way the police was trying to stop someone from getting hurt or killed. It is there job to put there life in the line of duty. They was doing what they was told. So if they didn’t and a person whether a skateboarder and Pedestrian was killed or injured then the sorry would be, “Police failed to act to stop skateboarder in City and a person was killed.” Now tell the family that a family member was injured or killed because the police did not act. What do you think would happen?

        • CEDUPZ

NO! Actually cops job is not to save, help or defend anyone or anything. LAW ENFORCEMENT is all they are. Protect and Serve is pure BS. Look it up! they have no obligation to assist anybody, or help, they ENFORCE the LAW! It’s very simple. but like everything else things have morphed into a cluster f of convoluted nonsense!

          • Lorraine Stuart

It is in there nature to help… Protecting someone is helping someone. I don’t agree with you, if they don’t have to assist someone, if at anytime YOU are in trouble, whether a robbery, or kidnapping , and a police officer is nearby, you are on you own.

          • The Bajeezus

All that is in a cop’s nature is to be violent with the consent of the state. You only become a cop because you want to carry a gun, and hopefully get to use it on another person. You become a cop because without a badge and gun you don’t have instant authority over other citizens, the right to push people around, people who were decent enough not to become cops.

          • Lorraine Stuart

If a police officer is pushing you around you must be doing something wrong. Maybe you would be better off in a country where they do not have police, if you do something they don’t like the just behead you. Or cut off you hand or foot. So you should pray to God that you live in a civil society where we have police to maintain the law. Without police we would be worse then the wild west. They even had sheriffs.

          • The Bajeezus

You’ve got a really screwed up sense of how the rest of the world works. Trusting in absolute authority like that is how fascism develops. How can you think in such absolute terms, that a tiny-dicked, bully cop is automatically right when we see evidence of police brutality and corruption and law breaking every day? Cops are not always right, and the people they push around are usually victims, not criminals. We see it every day on the news, on social media, and I saw it first hand, up close at Occupy. Police do not serve and protect, they are hired goons that crack skulls for a living. I don’t pray, because I prefer to do things instead of wishing for things. Do things like make the US more like European countries where they try not to arm their cops, and make them shills of corporations. I am from the US, I love it, but it needs to change drastically. The most un-American thing you can say is “Why don’t you just go to another country?” The American experiment is about change, and growth, and progress. When 90% of cops are corrupt assholes, you work to fix it.

          • Lorraine Stuart

I wouldn’t depend on people like you to fix anything. If you are in trouble don’t call the police. Since you think 90% are corrupt. I know plenty of police and some are jerks. But majority is there because they want to make a difference and help. You are the one who is corrupt.

          • GUEST

So funny you ignore how you said people should leave the country and go somewhere with no police. You just literally ignored his entire point and blerted out I WOULDN’T depend on you, my somebody is defensive. Maybe you should go find something else to do other than stock this comments section twenty-four hours a day. Pathetic and the funniest thing is you will probably reply to this and I will never see it ever again.
