There are a lot of “laughable jokes” in politics these days, none more so than former Democratic presidential candidate and chair of the Democratic National Committee Howard Dean.

But, the terrorist attack in Benghazi where four Americans were slaughtered, and then the ensuing cover-up by the Obama administration? Not a laughable joke.

National Review Online posted a video Tuesday morning of Dean saying, not once, but twice, in an interview last week,  “Benghazi is a laughable joke.”

Dean said the controversy over the events of Benghazi is a way for Republicans to score political points, and he said calling this a scandal or blaming the president for it is “ridiculous” and “just silly.”

Republican National Committee communications chairman Sean Spicer tried to interject his thoughts over the rambling, buffoon Dean.

“With all due respect, governor, when four Americans die serving this country, that’s not a joke, sir,” Spicer said.

“Oh, stop it,” said Dean, with a look of pure disgust on his face.
