Focus please, Senator: Elizabeth Warren gushes over Obama’s response to attack

Before taking questions at a Tuesday morning news conference on the Boston Marathon bombing, Massachusetts Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren praised the president and thanked first responders and well-wishers.

“The President of the United States has pledged his full support in all efforts to keep the city safe and to find the person who did this and bring them  to justice,” she began, according to CNS News.

“We did not have to reach out to the president. The president reached out to us,” Warren said. One word: Duh.

After praising the president, Warren went on to thank the first responders and well-wishers. The three dead and 176 wounded — 17 critically — were not mentioned at all.
