Obama: ‘You don’t put stuff on your head if you’re president’

President Obama was presenting the Commander-in-Chief’s trophy to the Navy football team in the East Room on Friday, when two of the players handed him a custom-fitted ceremonial football helmet.

Although, it seems Obama does makes exceptions to that rule, at least while campaigning, as he was photographed wearing a Stetson in Austin, Texas in 2007. He’s also seen occasionally wearing a Chicago White Sox baseball cap.
