SEAL Team Six member killed in training accident

The U.S. Navy SEAL killed in a training accident in Arizona Thursday was a member of the elite SEAL Team Six, CNN reported.

The SEALs were conducting routine military free-fall training when two men collided in mid-air. One SEAL member was killed, and another is in stable condition, according to CNN.

The parachute training accident happened at the U.S. Special Operations Command facility at Arizona’s Pinal Airpark.

SEAL Team Six was the elite group that led the operation that killed Osama bin Laden in 2011.
