House Republicans tell Senate to ‘earn it’ in ‘no budget, no pay’ video

The No Budget, No Pay Act passed with bipartisan support in the House, and now the pressure is on the Democratic-controlled Senate to pass a budget for the first time in nearly four years. The House Republican Conference has turned up the heat by releasing a new video calling for the Senate Democrats to do their job.
