Nowhere in the Bible does it say children become angels. God set man above the angels.

I believe they are in the arms of a loving God.

They are Angels in the eyes of their loved ones Lucy! Don't take that away from loved ones who have lost their children. It may be in the Bible but in the hearts of their loved ones and the ones who care all these innocent who were murdered are angels!

    Heartbreaking.

Our visiting priest told us today at Mass that when he was in prayer for the children and the teachers – he said the Lord gave him a vision and he saw Jesus and His Blessed Mother Mary with outstreatched arms drawing the children and teachers into their arms to live with Jesus forever. There wasn't a dry eye in the church.

Even though most of us adults are hurting it must be worse for children who are finding out the details and who will be traumatized thinking of what happened while these children were in school. Security at schools should be a priority along with counseling. I hope families come together to give their children reassurance and special attention this Holiday Season.

Mental illness should be addressed honestly in this country. So should the influence of violence perpetuated by Hollywood and the video game culture.. But these sicko's line the pockets of politicians and others so that the only thing we ever hear is guns, guns, guns. Guns don't kill people, people kill people. Personal responsibility takes a back seat to do your own thing and government handouts. No civics, no ethics are taught anymore even at university level, let alone in K-12. Fewer and fewer people go to church or synagogue, or even educate their children about the Ten Commandments that IS the basis of our western civilization. None of that is remotely healthy for our nation or western civilization.
