Trying to pull over a cop for not wearing a seat-belt probably isn’t a good idea. This guy was mad because recently the police in his area conducted a seat belt sting. Fair or not, I’m pretty sure this wouldn’t end well most of the time.

I know in Colorado Police Officers are excempt from wearing their seat belts, although most do. I don’t know for sure about Detroit. If he is not required he should have pulled over the other driver for careless driving.
