A reporter from Revealing Politics attended an Obama event at Ohio University on Oct. 17. The president’s supporters were asked for their thoughts on the Sept. 11 attack on our consulate in Benghazi, which resulted in the deaths of four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens. Most seemed to have never heard of Benghazi.

It is sad when people are voting for someone that they really don’t know and haven’t taken the time to see what he has or hasn’t done.Maybe they should raise the voting age.
If he has enough voters that don’t know obama’s failures, he might get elected by those uninformed folks. Let’s EDUCATE with blogs and our own newsfeeds, etc. and hope they listen and believe Romney is the better candidate. That’s my prayer and why I re-post my information everyday.
You know who is really, really well informed? People who belong to the Tea Party and watch Fox News! All you have to do to find that out is interview 2 of those people and you have all the data you need to make a definitive conclusion. Or, if you don’t like the results; find 2 more. That’s how you do good research!
Actually, we would all be better off if the voting age were limited to those who were going to have to live with the consequences of current elections. Cut it off at 65. Probably would end up with tougher environmental laws, full tolerance of diversity, universal health care, fewer wars, higher priority for education, and legalized marijuana!!
ACTUALLY, I THINK THAT VOTING SHOULD BE RESTRICTED TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE HEARD BOTH SIDES OF EVERY TOPIC,PRESENTED
TO THEM IN A TRUTHFUL, COHERENT MANNER…NO ARGUEMENTS, JUST FACTS. THEN, LET THEM MAKE A HOPEFULLY RATIONAL CHOICE. EDUCATION FROM GRAMMER SCHOOL TO DOCTORATE PROGRAMS, SHOULD HAVE A MANDATORY COURSE IN “BOTH-SIDES-OF-THE-STORY”. NOW THAT WOULD BE INTERESTING: A CHALLENGE TO HAVE PEOPLE “THINK” FOR A CHANGE, INSTEAD OF BEING BRAINWASHED.
Its sad that there are so many parents and grandparents who have not done their job in teaching these young people to think for themselves. Have kids because “that is the thing to do.” Let TV and electronics occupy them and keep them out of your hair. Send them off to schools that are becoming more and more marxist. Your job is done. God help us all.
After watching in real time that students are voting for Obama who are clueless about the brutal attack/murder and the Presidents failings to protect our consolate/ambassador. The President is where the buck stops and for his lies and inaction he should be held accountable and impeached. These ‘kids’ have no idea of the incompetence of this president on all fronts yet, they vote for him. The voting age should be increased to mid-20′s when they should have woken up from the slumber and comfort of College and entered the real world.
I have two college-aged children, a high schooler, middle schooler, and elementary-aged child. The eldest is probably better informed than I, the next two are very well-informed, and even the younger two take part in discussions of the issues and learn history and government. We have homeschooled for 17 years, know that it’s not for everyone, but are thankful that we have gone on this journey. My two eldest will cast their vote in two weeks backed with knowledge and understanding, not just parroting what ANYone (including their parents) have said.
Mary Hackett – we are NOT part of the Tea Party (though I am sick of being taxed on just about everything!), but there are a lot of ignorant people who don’t think for themselves or LEARN. People from the right and left.
It is a disgrace for Americans to NOT know what is going on in the world today. We have a responsibility and not many take that seriously, but want all the privileges they think are due to them.

Benghazi…wasn’t he an actor on TV years ago? That is about as bad an answer as any coming from these mindless deciples who bathe in the devine light of their great and holy Obama, who is perfect and without sin. Turn off the tube kids and start paying attention to the actions of this idiot whom you worship so devoutly and unquestionably.
