BizPac Review has just learned that the Republican Party of Florida’s executive board has voted unanimously to oppose the merit retention of three justices on Florida’s Supreme Court.
Liberal-leaning Justices Barbara Pariente, Peggy Quince and Fred Lewis all face a merit retention vote on the November ballot.
