Barack Obama Will Recess Appoint Donald Berwick

Editor’s Note – While conservatives and tea party activists are back on their heels, carefully hedging their words and finding creative ways to say the obvious, Obama continues a very disturbing trend of surrounding himself with people that do not believe in the free market system and openly espouse the redistribution of wealth.

With the far left and the media contining to frame the debate, anyone who dares suggest that Obama is a Marxist is ridiculed and made out to be a radical, far right wing nut.  Yet, the trend continues.

Obama talked about wealth redistribution before he ran for President, criticizing the U.S. Constitution for “it’s initial constraints that were placed by the Founding Fathers” in regard to wealth redistribution, he spoke of it on the campaign trail, elavating ‘Joe the Plumber’ to celebrity status, and, since being elected, he has consistently appointed individuals who share this belief.

And, when he can’t get ’em in the front gate, he’ll go over the fence.  If the fence is too high, he’ll pole vault in.  If that doesn’t work, he’ll parachute in…  One way or another, he’s determined to surround himself with Marxists and socialists.  Why?

Barack Obama Will Recess Appoint Donald Berwick

While Congress is on recess, Barack Obama will appoint Donald Berwick to head the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or “CMS”.

Presidents tend to appoint controversial nominees with recess appointments because they otherwise can’t get the votes. Barack Obama has appointed a number of extremely controversial people via recess appointment when he otherwise hasn’t had the opportunity to name them czars — positions that don’t need congressional approval.

For example, Barack Obama named Kevin Jennings the “safe schools czar” bypassing congressional action. Jennings, who openly bragged about encouraging an underage boy to engage in a sexual relationship with a man who solicited the boy in a bus station bathroom, could never have been confirmed.

But for all the disgusting sordid stuff in Kevin Jennings’ past, Donald Berwick is far worse.

Donald Berwick openly wants to destroy the American medical system.

“Any health care funding plan that is just equitable civilized and humane must, must redistribute wealth from the richer among us to the poorer and the less fortunate. Excellent health care is by definition redistributional.” – Donald Berwick

In an interview on Comparative Effectiveness Research, Berwick supported an agency which would rationing health care.  To which Berwick replied: “The decision is not whether or not we will ration care. The decision is whether we will ration with our eyes open.”

Berwick has condemned the free market’s involvement in medical practice and declared the United States should be more like Britain, where some people die waiting in line for medical treatment.

Berwick also lambasted consumers in the United States for being able to get the care they want as opposed to need in the United States. He wants to fix this “problem” declaring, “That is for leaders to do.”

Barack Obama has foisted on the American public radical after radical. Donald Berwick might just be the most dangerous of them all.
